The check-out staff at the time were not at the top of their job. I personally brought their attention to a security clip on two items the lady was putting in my bag, which needed to be removed. I got home and beheld two more items with security clips. Not wearable, distance from my house to the Macy store needs nothing but money for gas and time to go back to get them removed.

This place seems messier every time I go and harder to find things I don't get the backstage area, not great clothes and just throw on racks. I've had some really great employees and others who were awful. It still makes me sad that Macy's bought Marshall Fields and then destroyed it...

I always have bad experience in the store, the prices are never updated, sign shows a price discount, and when you go to the register is always regular price.. very disappointing.

I must tell the truth. I was excited when I first discovered that there was a Macy's 15 minutes from my son's house whom I was visiting. Upon entering the store, I was very disappointed. The store was just very unorganized. And for me to go into a Macy's which this is a first for me and not find one item appealing was even baffling for me. This particular Macy's reminded me of a clearance outlet. Some of you guys may still enjoy digging through piles of unorganized mess to find deals but that's not my choice. The Macy's in Springfield, VA I highly recommend.
