Waited about 20+ minutes for the guy to tell me I need to go to harbor freight to buy a tool for him to check my suspension. No clue why I am expected to supply anything other than the car and keys that go with it. I have brought my car to this same location about a year prior for my inspection and no one had asked me anything that absurd. I also called another shop and told them my experience and they laughed and said I should not have to buy any additional tools. To the tech that gave me this ridiculous excuse, thanks for wasting my time.

Around 4p I visited this location for an emissions inspection 12/13/23. Atif Zia, came up to me in my car, very rude and obnoxiously said “get out!”. I was desperate to get my inspection service done, otherwise I would’ve went elsewhere. He has zero customer service skills and acted like a caveman. I will not be coming back.

I don't know how these people are still in business that was my second time going to this place and will be my last definitely i will tell everyone around me how bad these peoples are they have no clue what they doing and trying over charge for simple stuff with zero customer service..stay away from this place i warned you

I went in for VA inspection, the technician tried to get me to buy new light bulbs when the ones I have are bright, safe and passed inspection twice in 2 other respectable places. They just wanted me pay unnecessary for light bulb replacement. Stay away from these people. Suggest you go to people across the street. Much better service, shorter wait and passed inspection with same bulbs. Manassas Auto Care are out to rip people off.

I trust Steve at Manassas Auto Care & Wash. This Exxon station at route 28 and Liberia is the best place to have car work done - very honest. I drive past probably 50 other service stations coming from Gainesville - but I don't care - Steve, the owner, has never let me down. I have recommended Steve to several of my neighbors and they all agree. I am a very satisfied customer for over 10 years.

I went there for a simple VA safety inspection. No problem with the inspection but when I got home I found damage to the lower rocker panels where the inspector has used a floor jack to lift the front wheels for brake inspection. The damage is on both sides behind front wheels. There is no excuse for this. Don't go here if you want to keep your car in nice condition
