All of us in 9201 have no elevator service. We were advised the elevator would be in service Friday 7/25. I know some residents are frustrated, since we previously sent maintenance requests. I feel bad for residents who have to take dogs out.

The first incident I had has been a while ago. Giuseppe makes me feel uncomfortable when alone in my apartment as he is completing a work order. As someone who lives alone, he has made comments about my appearance that I don’t appreciate. I don’t recommend him entering any units with women alone as this may happen to other women.

It was great, Sonia took me right away, very accommodating & friendly. The building appears to be clean, safe & well kept. I immediately felt that this is where I want to live.

Need to manage the parking better. I have one car, but frequently have to park several blocks away at risk of towing when I come back from work at night. All the resident and visitors spaces are taken. This issue is making me look for a new place to live when my lease expires.

Giuseppe did a great job installing new blinds in the entire unit and replacing the shower head. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and courteous.

I Just moved in my apartment had an issue with my air conditioner about week later. Did a service request that morning. I called the office informed both ladies in the office about my service request. I was worried due to the past reviews on time frame on fixing the air for the unit. Coming home my air was fixed the same day I have not had any issues with cooling ever since. Thank you for having a speedy response time both ladies in the leasing office are great Ann and Sonia are great 😊
