I came in looking for 2 new mattresses. Zarina was very helpful and knowledgeable. I looked at multiple mattresses and she remained professional and patient throughout my shopping and she answered all of my questions. She also beat out her competition by a long shot! I would recommend visiting these guys for sure!

Had the absolutely best experience getting our 1st tempur-pedic bes set. Our sales associate Jason was extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Just got a new Mattress at Mattress Warehouse on Liberia Ave and Don was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful and even got me a bigger discount. Highly recommend this store and especially Don.

I had a great experience with purchasing a mattress set at the Signal Hill store. Jason was helpful, efficient, and very pleasant. From purchase to delivery, everything was professional, fast, and exactly what I was looking for. Even when I called customer service to request the old mattress be removed, I got through and spoke to someone promptly who helped me. I will purchase from them again.

Update: The original rating was 1 star, now 3 stars. I called the district manager a few times and left VMs, never got a response. I called the store where I bought the mattress from on Liberia. Finally got a hold of someone who helped me. They rescheduled my mattress delivery for the next day. Got it just in time for my father in law to have a place to sleep while he stayed with us. The folks at the store were apologetic and said they wanted to make things right. That’s good customer service. Things go wrong, I get it, but not delivering a product that a customer paid for is fraud. Not making an attempt to reschedule a delivery and giving the customer the run around is fraud. Mattress warehouse needs to focus on training employees better on systems and customer service. From the district manager to the warehouse to the store front. Happy I got my mattress, but I’m never shopping with them again.Original post:I went in last week on Saturday and bought a mattress during the Presidents’ Day sale. Everything seemed good. The sales associate Jason was real nice. I bought a mattress and scheduled for it to be delivered on Friday. Jason said he could have it delivered on Tuesday. I said Tuesday was no good, no one would be there to accept the delivery. I will be home on Friday. Cool no worries. My father in law is staying the weekend with us and I need the mattress by Friday.Monday night I get an automated phone call saying my mattress will be delivered on Tuesday. I called the number back and left a voicemail explaining the situation and saying I had scheduled delivery on Friday. Tuesday morning I get a phone call from the delivery warehouse confirming the delivery of the mattress on Tuesday. I told the woman no, there was a mistake and I had scheduled the delivery for Friday. She says cool, no problem I will fix that. 9am rolls around and my ring device is blowing up with the delivery people trying to drop off the mattress. Ugh, okay. I called a neighbor to see if they could accept the delivery, but the truck already left. I call the warehouse back. No one answers and I left a message.Thursday night comes around. No pre delivery phone call. Now it’s Friday morning. I call the warehouse back. Lady on the phone says that the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Since no one was there, they sent the mattress back to the distributor. Earliest I could get it is Monday…. I said this is crazy and really poor communication. She gave me the number to the district manager. I called the number and the phone is off. I left a message. Haven’t heard back yet. Now my father in law is going to have to sleep on the couch.So far no apologies, no “we’ll make this right”, no accountability. No urgency to get me the product that I paid for. I keep calling and trying to correct the miscommunication, but I’m being ignored.I’m ready to demand a refund and buy a mattress from somewhere else.
