McKay Used Books is a large used bookstore with an incredible and continuously changing selection. It has been in business for over 40 years and is considered by many the best used book store in Northern Virginia. The store carries hundreds of thousands of items, including fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, graphic novels, and comics. It also offers DVDs, BluRays, CDs, vinyl, video games, RPG materials, board games, action figures, Funko Pops, puzzles, and Legos. Customers find great value and many hard-to-find items for their collections. The buying experience is excellent with friendly staff and a pretty quick resell experience for trades. The store accepts incoming merchandise up to one hour before close. Some note that prices have increased and trade-in offers have become more stingy, likely due to inflation and popularity, but the great inventory and service keep it a popular default destination for many.

Always love going to McKay's! Continuously changing selection of books, vinyls, funko pops, puzzles, etc. with pretty good prices. And pretty quick resell experince. I've found several hard to find books for my collection
