The nurse practitioner was extremely rude when I was asking for her to look up my appointment kept on interrupting did not wanna hear from me even though I had 11 o’clock schedule appointment. I even called the Head office that confirmed my appointment. She did not care then went to the back and loudly started complaining about me to another customer that also had an 11 o’clock appointment. Called and spoke with Another person and a whole report complaining about this horrific experience and horrific nurse practitioner unprofessional she was And I was told that supervisor would be in contact and new supervisor. Obviously I have her name because it was for a quick read TV test and it’s on that however, unlike her, I’m not as unprofessional to spell her name all over this however I will not be going to the next level..

Not paying attention to the date, affecting my son’s school to request for us to get the date (year to be corrected). Kept calling their number and of course, we have a hard time to reach them out. So frustrating.

I should have checked the ratings beforehand, but sometimes desperation takes over. The healthcare service at Hoadly Road in Manassas, VA, was shockingly incompetent and unprofessional.
I needed a TB test and provided the required form to the provider, Geraldine Pierre, NP, who read it multiple times before administering the skin test. The form clearly listed four options: a two-step TB test, a blood test, and two other forms of testing.
When I returned for the results, I encountered an incredibly rude healthcare provider, Saba Gebreabe, NP. She claimed the test was incorrect and not the proper two-step TB test. Instead of helping us find a solution—such as administering the second test on the opposite arm or offering paperwork for a blood test—she was dismissive and condescending. She insisted she was knowledgeable, yet refused to acknowledge that her colleague had made a mistake. Rather than assisting us, she simply told us to leave.
This was an unbelievable experience—dealing with healthcare providers who lacked both competence and professionalism. It truly felt like the kind of inefficiency I had hoped to leave behind long ago, a third world country type of inefficiency.
Thanks, CVS, for wasting my time. Your service is as frustrating as your automated menu options. You are just another byproduct of corporate indifference—enjoy it.
I really wish there was an option for negative rating.

My family , being in healthcare ourselves, we were particularly disappointed with our experience at the MinuteClinic in CVS. We arrived a few minutes late, understanding the importance of punctuality, yet the staff member was surprisingly unaccommodating—even though she was running behind schedule herself with another patient. Rather than being understanding, she seemed focused on enforcing strict policies with little consideration for our circumstances.
My wife’s appointment was scheduled for 10:00, and mine for 10:30. By 10:10, we had checked in and were waiting. When she finally came out Instead of showing some flexibility, she refused to see my wife, whose appointment was at 10:00, and took me at 10:12 who’s appointment was at 10:30 am. She kept complaining about how the machines weren’t working and how everything was going to take longer. She even suggested we check the waitlist, yet seemed to be using the extra time to catch up on her own schedule instead of helping my wife, who was still waiting outside. This experience left us feeling dismissed and undervalued as patients. A little empathy, flexibility, and professionalism would go a long way, especially in a healthcare setting it would make a big difference. Very disappointed with the lack of consideration.

A complete waste of time my daughter had severe stomach pain from an established history of menstrual cramping Geraldine the nurse on duty refused to even acknowledge her pain or write a note for school. They need to hire people who can do their job!

Horrible old lady is hostile. Before I came I looked the reviews and still ignored and came but I had bad experience. she so rude and impatient; she ask for purpose of visit and I tell her my concern and she gave me attitude like I am illiterate or understand English. Absolutely Don’t recommend this place

Keep in mind this is a Minute Clinic, not an ER.Easily made appointment online.NP Stephanie Rutherford went above and beyond to assist my 15 year old son with an ear infection. She was thorough, precise, friendly and timely. Cannot speak highly enough of our experience her nor of the service provided by NP Rutherford. Thank you!

I have never encountered such catty and unprofessional behavior. I had never tried the minute clinic before and thought this would be a good alternative to already stressed urgent care facilities as I just needed a strep test. Ended up leaving the hostile staff at cvs and just went to urgent care.

I have been here twice for shots. The staff was amazing both times. Just avoid the pharmacy.
