It's not good and they have bad service. One time I tried to return an item that I bought a couple days ago and they said that I couldn't return it because I opened it. I don't recommend.

Over crowded. They need to get people through self checkout faster or reopen more full service checkout aisles. They cut operating costs by minimizing labor and full service checkout lines and now convenience suffers.

I went there to buy some items and from the moment I walked in the door the customer service was great. They greeted me at the door and said welcome to Walmart. When I started browsing the store, I had multiple employees come up to me and asked how I was doing and if I need to help with anything. When I was finished, I went to the self check out I had an issue with an item and the employee came up to me and said sorry we will fix it for you and she got it fixed and helped scan the rest of my items and when I was leaving, the employee by the door told me to have a good day

Very unsafe place to take your kidsletting drunk people in that place attacking kidsverbally and than not taking quick enough actionto remove the violator putting people and specially childrenin harms way

Do not order for pick up from this location. My order was not ready an hour after it was supposed to be. I told the gentleman to cancel the order. He said he would. I checked later to make sure that I wasn't charged. I was told order was ready and couldn't be refunded. I asked for a manager, I spoke with "Abby". She was completely clueless about running a store and told me she could not help me

It's not everyday my day is as exciting as it was. From going to the wrong Walmart and dropping;losing my wallet. I wanted to take the time to write this review and my experience since it was my first time using the pick up services Walmart has to offer. I haven't experience an amazing customer service in a while specially at a Walmart. Thank you James and his team members. I didn't realize I was at the wrong Walmart until they called me (morning non-caffeinated mom brain). They were supper nice enough not to cancel my order and held it for me until I got there. James loaded my order and asked me if I wanted my eggs in the front and sure enough I said yes and got out to get the eggs from James not realizing I had dropped my wallet. As soon as I got home panic kicks in and I immediately called Walmart pick up services and they were so happy to help me by going out and looking for it but no luck.Fast forward to an hour or so James called and said they found it someone had it and turned it in!! Thank you x10000 I appreciate you guys supper grateful !!

I have now tried to call the store 9 times and couldn't get ahold of anyone until I tried to go through the pharmacy. I tried every extension multiple times and when I got ahold of the pharmacist she informed me that they've had this problem for a long time and there was nothing she could do for me. She said she could transfer me but it would be exactly the same as me calling prior so I asked "so it's Impossible for me to talk to anyone here at all?" And apparently that's the case. I just got home and realized I left 50 dollars worth of products I bought in the bags at the register but I live in Stafford and just wanted to know if they would be saved because it's a 40 min drive.

Placed an online order. When to the store as instructed and parked in one of the assigned spaced. Called the phone number to indicate that I was there and I waited and waited. I finally went in the store. It seems like no one was responsible for delivering my order. After 30 minutes my order was finally delivered. I will NEVER use their service again.

Okay, before you roast me for giving a Walmart (*any* Walmart for that matter) higher than a 3 star rating, hear me out. I came to this Walmart in the morning on a Saturday and it was: 1) Clean, 2) Well-stocked, and 3) Not packed full of people. Those are all three really good qualities for any store nowadays, so that made me happy. The fact that I was able to easily park, find everything on my shopping list (and then some!) made for a great experience. In the future, I'll definitely consider coming to this Walmart.

Store is poorly managed and understaffed! Store manager needs to be fired. Store is being ran with no assistant some days, which is against company policy.

Had to give them a 1 star because it won't let you give zero stars. Do not ever buy for online pick up you are better off finding the item yourself. Walmart.com took my money and when I asked customer service to fulfill my item when it clearly was in the store the manager told me they couldn't because no one for the pick up station was working!! My order was suppose to be ready by 8pm and it was never fulfilled nor did I receive an email of the current status. Manager literally told me to just go grab the item and pay for it again that was her only solution.

There is a worker by the name of Willie. I see him greet often, but I'm not sure if he works in other functions there. But my experiences with him have been wonderful! He is a lovely person with excellent customer service. He always has a smile, he's kind, encouraging, and very respectful. He makes my day brighter when I see him. He is truly a gem and an excellent representation of an employee that goes over and beyond!

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. They pick who they like and who they don't and will give you service accordingly. Daloris is very unhelpful and told me my items couldn't be scanned with my receipt for a refund, I then went to the Walmart down the street and they did it without a problem. Very unprofessional. Avoid.

trash every where merchandise all over the floors dragging on the floors everything so jamed together esp . in the clothing dept. you couldn't find any thing if you tried prices never the same as the sign kids playing with the merchandise riding bikes in the isles wandering around with no one watching them out of order broken bathrooms some times for weeks come on with all the money Walmart has clean up the place repair broken fixtures open up the registers with a actual person not this self service crap. Walmart you can do a lot better I watched your cleaning lady try to clean a bathroom but rude people would not get out of the way one man pushed he out of the way flipped her off and pushed in to the bath room even though it was closed and was told it was closed people have some respect and employees have some pried in your store this was the Walmart at Manassas Mall for pity sake do your job

Never order for pickup at this store.I was forced to place a order that required I make two separate purchases for the same items. When the order was brought out it wasn't what I wanted.Before they considered loading the items into the car. I cancelled the order on the spot.Now Walmart only gave me part of my money back. I may have to wait up to four days to receive over $200.00 back I paid upfront.I have called all numbers they they told me to call. Walmart itself said my money was refunded. It was not!!!I made another return to the store and finally showed proof I was not refunded all the money that I initially paid out.The manager agreed that I was shorted.If I was walk out of the store without paying I would be arrested. Yet Walmart can use my money for who knows how long and draw interest. Think of all the thousands of customers like myself cheated out what belongs to me. So they can make millions of dollars every year not refunding your money in a timely fashion.
