The worst. Slow and no sense of urgency. 15 minute wait to tell me they do not have a $3 pack of universal clamps when online and in-store system says they have it. They also couldn’t locate another customer’s order. Terrible.

Poor customer service. Seven customers waiting for one counter person to help them, and no sense of urgency. Is there stock or manager trained to help customers?

The worst costumer services branch , the 2 associates were spending time just by talking, I was waiting for a good 5 minutes and none of them could take care of my order. I’m end up leaving the store…I will never return.

5/22/23 whoever is the manager should be let go. Not even 7pm and the doors are locked and left on hold for more than 20 minutes before closing (6:40).

Marin and Jorge are the best! Customer service is excellent. Every time I visit they make sure I am fully satisfied and get exactly what I need for my car. Love it when folks go above and beyond for you, quite a drive from my area but only coming to them for my vehicle needs.

Had me on hold for almost an hour before I hung up. Absolutely ridiculous, if your employees can't multi-task get rid of them. I work at a dealership and we never have customers holding for that long. Our catalogs are way more complex then aftermarket catalogs. So don't tell me its cause of your system. I know exactly how part catalogs work in aftermarket because thats where I started
