Got a car from here for my teen. Didn’t come with an extra key or floor mats, just plastic in place of the mats. When I called to inquire about them I was told that they didn’t have any extras and that they won’t provide any. Upon calling I was scolded by Rosy and was promised a call back but I had to call them back all to be told that she spoke with the owner and HE denied supplying me with any mats. This is sad bc they are local and a lot of people have inquired about where we got the car etc, but I will not be referring them here. With the 22% interest being charged, you would think they could afford to provide $40 for the mats!

Do not buy here, at least not from James. He seemed like he was more interested in getting the sale than customer service.
I had some engine trouble with my vehicle and needed to get into something quick. I walked in and was told to walk the lot and look around. I found a few vehicles that interested me and when I asked James questions he had no idea. But due to the urgency of my situation I got the paperwork started. I specifically asked for my payments to begin a certain date and be drafted from my bank account. 2 cycles of payments went past and I had no drafts taken. I went into the dealership, mind you only 3 weeks later driving the vehicle I bought, James had no clue who I was. I managed to get things straightened out with the receptionist who was a sweetheart and apologized repeatedly while James sat a few feet away waiting for his next victim.
Fast forward a few more weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my registration. I requested my old tags be transferred because I still had a year on them. I was given the old tags when I purchased the vehicle and told to hang on to them for when I got the registration. I finally call, 2 weeks after my temp tags have expired and am told my new tags are waiting at the dealership. I explained the request for the transfer and low and behold, James made no mention to anyone that the tags were to be transferred and it is too late to do anything about it.
Save yourself a headache and so around or about James at all cost.

Worst place in Manassas to do business with the new owner is very rude I’m guessing it’s the brother his name is Tom or something and so is the mechanics are mean to elderly people that want to get their cars fixed or serviced they have all lemon cars They sold my mom a 2010 Ford Explorer The truck was in great condition She only had it for two months and it started having problems and I know Fords are known for having problems, but this truck was was in great condition that they made it look like it we spent over $1000 in repairs And they refuse to Work on the suv or even trade it back in for a different car or make some type of arrangement my mother had to leave the SUV with them at their shop and they auction it off for $500 and still making her pay the car off I’ve been in Manassas for 28 Years my Life and never had anything Experience like this Bad business I recommend no one Unless you’re desperate for a broken Down car that looks good lost miles

Worst place to visit or do business with. Their car are either crash or with mechanical issues they just "fix them " their mechanic in that shop is rude and thinks his better than you even tho he is not. Don't do business with them you wasting your money.

Went to look for a car for my brother and the man said he refused us because we weren’t “local” keep mind I told him I live in Prince William County. We had money in hand and he refused us. However not to pull this card but a older white gentleman came up said he was moving from NC and didn’t have a VA license which is required apparently and the seller said he’ll work with him. However when we asked he said he wouldn’t be able to help is out! We’re Puerto Rican. Tell me your racist without telling me! Sad sad sad DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Beware. They sell lemons. Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake.Update: Contrary to Northside's response, I *do* have the right Northside Auto Sales. The fake reviews still remain.

Worst experience ever, I had bought 3 cars out the lot before and due to the pandemic I fell behind by less the 500 each car. I had asked for a few days as I was going to get paid on a friday. They repo my cars with all my belongings in them. Came Friday I wanted my cars back to pay what I owed and the towing and they said no. That the wanted 3000 each - half of what I owed on each car. I had 2000 in my hand and they rejected to work things out. I cant believe they screwed me over and after being a customer for years I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I do not recommend. Very cold hearted and unprofessional. Carla C*******
