I felt uncomfortable shopping at your manassas location today because of my race. I felt being followed and watched the entire time. I spent over $100 for my kids and the cashier was respectful and courteous. As I was walking out, I saw another crew member staged by the front entrance I guess to make sure that I paid for my merchandises.Please do better next time and be more professional.. Thank you -

Old Navy, is the shopping center which I use the most, the prices are good, clothes quality are best. Never had any issue with any of the purchases I did with Old Navy specially in this store. Nice and helpful employees.

The General Manager should make tons of money! I've never had such kind service. Helped find what I was looking for and reminded me to use my savings deals. And not on one occasion. She's always friendly and hard working.
