Man the reviews are a lie. I’m always hesitant as a woman with getting pulled one over on me by an auto repair shop, but this place takes the cake. This guy also forgot he talked to me that morning and was talking crap on my husband in front of me after getting off the phone with him. I laughed on the way out of the shop. Will not be back.

I liked this place at first.
A couple days ago I wanted to get my 12v battery changed here. I called and somebody picked up but didn’t say anything. So I hung up and called again. Again, no response until I spoke. The man on the phone couldn’t help me figure out the kind of battery I needed. He was a little rude but I thought maybe it’s my fault for not knowing everything about my car.
So I said I’ll figure it out on my own and call again later. I was able to do so with the help of Autozone who helped me determine my battery type easily but unfortunately didn’t have it in stock and couldn’t order it.
So I called here again the next day and whoever picked up just yelled “HELLO?” into the phone several times as if he couldn’t hear me or like he wanted me to hang up by pretending he couldn’t hear me. I called again and he did the same thing. Maybe it was the same guy from the day before, but I’m not sure.
Advanced Auto Parts had the battery I needed and they replaced it the same day I called. I don’t think I’ll come back here, whoever is at the desk is not good at customer service.

Unfortunately my vehicle was not properly diagnosed so there were repairs done that did not solve the issue and I was charged for a service I didn't agree to that I wouldn't have had to pay for if the diagnosis was correct from the beginning. So hundreds of dollars later, and my vehicle is in the same situation before it arrived. I'm not sure why they would charge for something my vehicle didn't need nor was agreed upon.

Would give 10 stars if I could! I had Olde Towne do a prepurchase inspection for a vehicle that I was buying out of state. Bob was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. I will seriously consider driving the 1.5 hrs to this repair shop in the future for any major repairs my vehicles need. Highly recommend this repair shop.

I love this auto repair shop! The gentlemen who work there are kind and accommodating. Plus, they have the sweetest dog that greets customers. I use this shop whenever I'm in Manassas and need work on my car.

Very pleasant and efficient staff accommodated my service request on a Friday, even though there was only one hour remaining to closing time. I felt comfortable in the waiting area and confident with the results of the service to my automobile.

Worst customer service and a complete rip off! Please do not make the mistake go to them, I completely agree with someone here who said that they overcharged them. Same thing happened with me!

Very friendly staff, competent, and efficient mechanics, with fair pricing. Comparable to other shops around the area that normally price their estimates on the make and model of the car, along with their generalizations of the customer, this business did not do that. They communicate, are straightforward, fair, and are competent. When seeking a mechanic shop, this is exactly what I look for, and I believe it is fair to say that the majority of customers look for the same qualities. Thank you Old Towne!!
