Residents find the design to be very thoughtful and note that the complex is immaculate and well-kept from the inside to the outside, with maintenance keeping the grounds clean. The location is great, being close to major shopping centers and restaurants. Many residents have loved living there and have very few complaints. The management takes care of the apartment, and maintenance is very responsive, quickly addressing service requests and regular upkeep like changing filters. The parking is described as awesome, with ample space for guests. The neighborhood is very calm, and the apartments are quiet, with neighbors not being heard. While some reviews mention concerns, others highlight positive experiences, particularly with the friendly and helpful leasing office staff who make the process comfortable and smooth. Some note that appliances are low-end and windows can be drafty. Don’t live here. When you move out they will make up bogus claims about the state of the apartment and will try to charge you hundreds of dollars. They are dishonest crooks.

Leasing office is very unfriendly. It sounds as they don't want to face customers. The apartment is cheaper comparable to nearby rental apartments but expect unfriendly leasing office there....
