I have coming to this Pep Boys location for the past 3 years now. I don’t live close, I could choose another location to service my car but I trust Pep Boys so much, they have the most reliable service, fantastic customer service (thank you Jeff & Edson!) and great price points that it’s an obvious choice. Thrilled to be a customer here!!

Edson C is Mr Customer Service!! Polite efficient, knows how to take care of his customers. Highly recommend this location. I had a full break service done and was very happy.

They checked my brakes and were super honest and helpful. Would have gotten my car fixed here but my car is a hunk of junk that’s not worth fixing up. Great service!!

Do yourself a favor and avoid them, they just want your $$$. Bunch of unprofessional, rude and greedy employees trying to upsell and defraud customers. My mom goes in as her tire has a slow leak which should have been patched. They charge her $400 for a new tire which checking online should have been $200, even though she didn't need one. Also, it's AWD when you replace one, you have to replace the other, they did just 1 and that will damage the transmission. Now I will have to buy the same tire (from somewhere else) so a simple patch job becomes $800 expense when it needed a $40 patch!!! When trying to speak with the manager, he was extremely unprofessional, dismissive and didn't care about. They will try to upsell you and rip you off and don't care about their customers. Not sure how/why this place is still in business.

The WiFI connection was fast. I was able to knock out a couple hours of work on my laptop. The restroom was much cleaner than I had expected, and was overall a good experience. The service manager is an A-personality type. Not rude, very courteous, but just know that his personality makes him seemingly uptight or anxious. He’s really great and is just trying to be as efficient as possible to make the customer experience as swift and painless as possible. Not everyone will understand this, but he only seems like he is a little grumpy because he talks fast and is very “matter-of-fact”. Just know he is doing what he can to get you out of there faster.
Pep Boys had the best price in town, consistent with quality, and even beat Walmart and Costco. I had considered Tire Rack including their installer, and Pep Boys still came out cheaper.

I had a very good experience here. The gentlemen at the front desk were very upfront about pricing and recommendations of services my vehicle needed based on the mileage and year. They got the work done very fast and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. I highly recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience this past weekend (6/8/24 - 1pm ). I called and spoke with Jim and told him I needed my tire sensors replaced. I told him I didn't have an appointment but he said if I got my truck to the shop soon they should be able to get the work done by the close of business. When I got to the shop, I spoke with the service manager, Edson Chavez, and he was 100% professional and honest. I didn't think I could pass my state inspection without new dead tire sensors, but Edson said that wasn't necessarily the case. He was upfront and said that it might cost a lot more than I expected but I asked for a price anyway. He gave me a price and DIDN'T PRESSURE ME TO ACCEPT like other places I've been to. I like things to work in my truck so I decided to get the repair. When I asked him for a timeframe he said it could take several hours, perhaps longer (they were short staffed). Well, they were done in two hours and they explained everything they did. No problems and I was treated with respect. My hats off to Edson and his staff for excellent service.

Want to give a shout out to Nick on front desk. He explained me how to apply my life time rebalancing and allighnment insurances purchased in other state. He was helpful and proactive. Great service overall ?
