Update: registers are easier to work with. Decent variety overall and fair prices. But you guys need a decent triple cheddar cheese mix, nothing but Mexican mix and reg cheddar .”
“Had a great experience. We came to get a horse trough (galvanized stock tank) Found what we were looking for. They sell baby chickens and we were just looking. A nice lady came by and asked if we needed anything. I could spend all day looking for things. But we bought the trough and told us to pull around the to gate. Two gents came by with the tank and loaded it in. Great service and great selection of items.”
“I got my little baby Winnie who is a dachshund from here and I had been puppy shopping for a mini dachshund around northern Va for a few weeks. XO puppy in chantilly and super star puppies in Fairfax. I’m so glad I went there first before I went to the puppy shop in Manassas. The customer service at the first 2 places was so bad. I had made appointments just to find out the puppies I was interested in had been sold at superstar puppies and their prices were out of this work to around 3-4k. Staff was rude. XO puppy same thing. Guy was rude and looked like he hated his job and the puppies prices were outrageous. When I asked for financing the most smug face was given to me. It was like I had to force the information out of this guy who gave me the most annoyed attitude. When it comes to maintenance of these little puppies it was about the same. I felt the puppy shop took the most loving care of their animals. The couple who sold me Winnie was so nice and it was a joy to conversate with them I was there for 2 almost 3 hours and absolutely enjoyed my time with them. Their prices were very reasonable and the pups were well maintained. They definitely know how to make everyone comfortable. I definitely will be buying my next pup from this couple. I don’t understand the negative comments. If your shopping for a puppy you got to understand that no place is better than the other. Just know the pups here are very much cared for.”

“I had a great experience here and wanted to recognize the employees for putting animal welfare first! I recently saw a customer upset because an employee refused to sell a goldfish for a 2.5 gallon tank. I really appreciate that your staff is willing to make difficult decisions when they believe an animal won’t receive appropriate care. It tells me your team values the health and well being of the animals over making a quick sale, and that’s exactly why I’ll continue shopping here. Thank you for caring about the pets in your store!”
“Is PetSmart I come to other than Manassas? Because the clientele at that one a few of them are very rude so this one is very friendly. I get all my cat needs and they even do sales markdowns”
