AVOID GROOMING - SCAM ALERT!
We brought our large breed dog for a full grooming. We talked about her weight and confirmed that being a large breed what would be the cost etc. My dog is a service dog who works with people with disabilities and you cannot ask for a sweeter dog. However, these scammers said that she lunged at them and tried to bite them so they could not groom her. She was only half washed, half dry, not brushed, not ear cleaning, nails done. But they charged us the whole amount for the package. We tried to talk to the grooming manager and that 20 something yrs old did not care about it one bit. Never stepping there again!

We found a street cat in our porch,
Took him there to find some food and advices to find an owner,
The associate was so helpful providing good and helpful information.

Not good for cat groomingHad my cat groomed today - when i brought him home hairs were flying all over - brushed so many hairs out (see pic) - looked like he was not brushed - hairs were cut uneven - one of the paw was missed and had hairs hanging there. Was charged 10$ extra for an “extra set of hands” to hold him but still he couldn’t be washed/shampooed and a “dry shampoo” was doneWas not expecting this kind of service when I paid close to 100$ for grooming.Take you cat else where or groom by yourself as you will do a better job and save money and time.

With they would take better care of their betta fish. I came in to purchase stuff for my cat and found 3 dead on the shelf. I took it quietly back to the staff working with the fish and he looked at me like I was bonkers and just took them and walked away.

They are a standard store for this chain. They have animals, veterinary services for the animals, and supplies for animals. All things animals. The cats up for adoption seemed to be well cared for based on what I saw. Prices were standard for most items and there are some specialty items you can buy here as well. It’s an easy store to walk around.

Staff so rude and unfriendly! Rushed the appointment and pretty sure maltreated my dog, the cut looked so awful! I'm never bringing my dog here and warning others as well to take heed! They're so unprofessional.
