Made the mistake of bringing my new car here. The doors got scratched up from their vacuum hoses because they leave the doors open as they clean the inside. Your car pulls the hoses until they stop on their track and then slide off your doors. They scratched my screen probably from using dirty rags to wipe it. Check your car afterwards. If you care about your car, don’t make the same mistake I did.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY PROGRAM! I went online to cancel and they have no option for it. I called two different numbers and no one answers. And no one answers the chat online! If you go, just pay each time. It will not be worth it. Places that have monthly programs and make it hard to cancel are all getting deleted moving forward and never using again!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality & Lack of Customer Care
This was my first visit to Flagship Car Wash in Manassas, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I chose their top-tier Flagship Full Service ($44) expecting a spotless result — instead, my car was left with noticeable streaks and even a visible dirt patch on the rear bumper. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail.
The experience got worse from there. Since you have to leave your key inside the vehicle, I told the attendant that my key fob was in the center console cup holder. When my car came out, the employee simply parked it, left the door open, and walked away without saying a word. No communication, no courtesy — just unprofessional.
On my way home, I stopped at the Target in Dumfries (about 16 miles away). When I turned off my car, I realized my key fob was missing. I immediately called the car wash — no answer. I found a Customer Service number online, and while the lady who answered was polite, the “procedure” she described was absurd: she gave me another number (that no one answers) and said to call her back after trying it. Sure enough, no one picked up.
When I called back, Josh took my information and promised a call back. It’s now been four days — and still no response. Thankfully, I decided to search my car again and found the fob underneath the passenger seat, which is not where I left it. It’s very unlikely it somehow “moved” there by itself.
Between the sloppy wash job, poor communication, and complete lack of follow-up from their customer service, I can’t recommend this location. For $44, I expected quality and professionalism — not stress, wasted time, and unanswered calls.

I had to call three different times to cancel my membership, and they still charged me $74.99 after I had already canceled. When I called again, they told me I had to wait for the payment to post to my bank before getting a refund. After following up once more, they then said they have a no-refund policy for cancellations. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their service is terrible—that’s the main reason I canceled in the first place. They never cleaned my car properly, and it’s definitely not worth paying for such poor service.

Terrible service and staff. Half ass job on interior cleaning. I literally had to clean my own interior after leaving. Staff was dismissive and did not treat me with respect. Not my first time going to this car wash too. Same experience each time. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your car cleaning.
