So thankful that my friend recommended to check out this shop to buy my next computer. I first went to Microcenter and bought a computer that was more than I needed but a great deal. Had problems with it from day one and they were of no help. I had to fix every issue myself. I ended up returning because it became too much.Matt asked me what I wanted and my budget. He delivered on everything. Now I have a PC that meets all my work and gaming needs and paid less than I would have elsewhere unless I built it myself. Great customer service. Highly recommend checking out Platinum before you buy online or a big box store.

Called early asking for a specific kind of CPU and they let me know instantly that it was in stock and let me know the price. Came in about 15min later for the CPU and left with the CPU and an SSD.Prices were great for the CPU and SSD and service was very fast.A+

I dropped off my desktop pc for Matt to repair because I wasn’t sure if what parts were damaged due to a liquid spill. Matt was able to diagnosis the computer within a few hours, installed a new motherboard and got me back up in running in no time.
