Worst haircut ever. I went in for long layers and came out bald . This lady removed about 40% of my hair. I have no volume in my hairline, I have holes in the hair , huge spaces in the hair especially behind the ear area and back of the head. Now suffering with huge anxiety !! Are these people trained professionals? Or they think they are practicing on clients head ? If she can't handle long layers and thick hair, she should say so! How come she thinned out my hair ? People go in to get extensions to have thick hair, I am naturally blessed with thick hair and she made me bald !! Traumatizing experience.

I had the most amazing time with Sofia today getting a fresh haircut. It had been awhile since I had my last cut and wanted to go short. She was so personable chatting the entire time and made me feel comfortable making a big change!!

Sofia’s amazing!!!! My hair has never felt better. She gave it life. Not only did she do an amazing job coloring my hair and giving me layers, she also gave me lots of tips and tricks on how to keep my hair nice and healthy. I definitely recommend her!!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and have gotten my hair done by Megan each time, and I’ve loved it every single time! She always nails the color I want, makes the process super easy, and I leave feeling like a new person (the curls I leave with every time are so pretty!). Highly recommend!!!

Kenya was awesome washing blow drying and flat ironing my hair !!! 🙋🏾♀️ Megan did an awesome job with my hair as well & came in & offer to do my hair due to me not having an appointment for that day 😊 she saved my bad hair day lol. Blessings 🙋🏾♀️

I got attended by Gisele and while she was pleasant she completely did not give me what I asked for! I came in for a color correction, she got me blonde around a level 9. I asked for a honey blonde with darker blonde and lighter blonde Ribbon highlights. I left with dark dark brown hair and grey highlights. None of them were ribbons and my hair looks grey. I am super dissatisfied and disappointed. When I pointed it out she said that it would wash out and become lighter. I have spent the past hour shampooing my hair and the most I’ve gotten it to is a slightly lighter grey. It’s super ashy not the tone I wanted at all. The highlights aren’t even noticeable and when I walked into my home my mom gasped at the state I was in. I came in super light and left grey! I am in the process of contacting PR partners for some type of accommodation.
Edit to note that I was charged for services I never asked for or was unaware it was a charge. I got charged for a Brazilian bonding treatment that I did not ask for or was told would be an extra charge. I would have been fine with it if I was alerted to it being an additional charge. Furthermore I was charged 65$ for a designer haircut when it was more a trim. She quite literally did a slight dusting of my hair no reason for it to be called a designer haircut. She literally just trimmed it no intricate detail was paid to my layers or bangs. It was just a 6 minute haircut.
I literally left the salon holding back tears while putting my card to be charged $506. I didn’t care about the price it’s just the fact I did not get what I wanted at all.

If you’re someone like me who had no idea where to go and ended up deep in a Google search - trust me - PR at Manassas is your place. I’ve been to a couple salons in NoVA, but I’ve never walked away this happy. This experience truly exceeded everything I hoped for.
Sofia is an absolute artist. She gave me baby highlights, a gloss + toner, a precise trim, and a deep conditioning treatment—and somehow made it all feel effortless. The final result? A totally natural, radiant blend that made my hair look and feel so healthy and soft. It’s the kind of color that looks lived-in and low-maintenance. Literal perfection.
On top of her incredible skill, Sofia is such a lovely, calming, and genuine person to be around. She really listens, makes you feel completely taken care of, and explains what she’s doing along the way, which I appreciated so much. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and her clients.
If you’re debating where to book - this is it. No second thoughts. I’m so happy I found her, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly, highly recommend Sofia, ladies! 💛

I went in to get my hair layered and a few inches off, I have severe anxiety when it comes to my hair. Renata was amazing, was very patient with me, and took it slow, and told me to come back if my layers didn't look right to me. We'll, I came back today cause I was over anxious my first visit and had really wanted more face framing and more dramatic. Renata was happy to help me, she just wanted me to look good and feel good! I do, my hair looks great and I will definitely be coming back to see her for mine and my Kids next cut. She is amazing.

My experience with Olivia started with a visit to the salon in January to make an appointment for a consultation with Olivia because of a very recent hair color disaster with another hairstylist at another salon. I was extremely surprised when the receptionist said that Olivia could speak with me right away. Not only did she speak with me, but due to a cancellation, immediately went to work to do a color correction on my hair. I can’t express how relieved and grateful I was that Olivia went the extra mile to make my hair look great again so I no longer felt awful about the mess my hair was in. Fast forward 4 months... I just had my second appointment with her. Olivia is truly amazing at what she does! From my very first visit, Olivia made me feel welcome, she listened, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted while also offering thoughtful suggestions. I wanted to have my blonde hair back and my long bob haircut. She has a great eye for color and detail – my blonde highlights look natural, bright, and beautifully blended. Olivia is incredibly talented, kind, professional, and made my whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hairstylist who’s not only skilled but truly passionate about making you look and feel your best, Olivia is the one. Olivia genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I can’t recommend her enough!

First time at this salon (recommended by my SIL) and I had a great experience. Regan did my hair and was a doll to work with. She listened well and took the time to really understand what I wanted to do with my hair. She had great recommendations and I’m so happy with the end result. It was even less expensive that I thought it was going to be. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Would highly recommend!! Sofia worked on my hair and literally did a perfect job! She took her time to understand what my vision was for my hair and executed the vision flawlessly. I will definitely be going back to her for all of my hair needs :)

RUN DONT WALK!! If you come to anyone in this salon go to Regan!! She gives exactly what you want even if you don’t even know what u want. Very vocal and good at explaining
