I recently had a check up and told provider not to schedule for irrelevant blood tests that insurance would not pay. They did send my blood for all kinds of STDs despite the fact that I filled a very detailed questionnaire which clearly portrays me as a family man. I ended up paying for unnecessary tests. If you are looking for a doctor and nurse team that respects your time and is empathetic, do not go with Dr. Jan. This being said, I have never had a problem with Dr. Lily KC or her team. This review is for Dr. Jan and her team only.
