“I couldn't have asked for more from my experience. The office doesn't overbook itself so they had room for me when I had tooth pain and needed help. We called other offices and they weren't available with 1-2 days.Regarding money, the cost seemed fair, and I was paying out of pocket, which they had plans in place to help with.After a cavity was found I was given a treatment plan that included the possibility of a root canal with costs outlined. The infection was very close to the root, so there was a possibility that a root canal was going to be needed. After the cavity was removed and temporary crown was placed I still felt sick for a while, so we concluded it would be best to proceed with the root canal and then secure the permanent crown. At my request the progress of the dental procedure was explained to me as we went, so that I'd have an idea of where we are in the process. Everything was explained very well and the procedure went very well too, from what I could tell. He’s prompt, and thoroughly assesses what our kids are saying & feeling with each injury, etc. It’s clear sports medicine and helping his patients feel their best, is a passion.”

“So I never write reviews but after seeing all the horrible reviews I wanted to share my experience. I was genuinely nervous to end up here after seeing the reviews online, but I had no choice. This is why sometimes you have To take a negative review with a grain of salt. Every staff member I interacted with was so nice and helpful. Even to other patients as I was in the waiting room. Nobody was rude. They were quick (I didn’t have an appointment) and efficient. Overall I had a really great experience and I am relieved to have gotten some help with my sickness. i’d definitely recommend them.”

“I've been coming to this practice for about 10 years. The doctors and all the medical staff are professional and I never feel rushed. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be called back, or to see the doctor. Doctors are responsive to questions and concerns that I submit through the MyChart portal. Earlier this year I had a cancer scare - a suspicious mammogram finding. A biopsy showed the tumor to be benign thankfully. Throughout the process my doctor was proactive in reaching out to make sure my questions were answered and that I understood what my options were. I highly recommend this practice.”

“I have been seen by Amanda Dickey a few times, and she is amazing. She listens to my needs, and you can tell she really cares and is passionate about her job. Amanda listens to what I have to say and gives you the bigger picture to think about. I never feel pressured, and when I leave our appointment, I feel like I am leaving with much more knowledge than when I started. If I were just basing this review on her provided care, this post would get 5 stars. However, initially, it was difficult to get an appointment at a time when I really needed one. Offering more times or being able to squeeze a patient in, when the situation warrants it, would be a good thing to provide, especially for those who have been with the practice for years.”
