Eric and his partner Ever were absolute lifesavers! I had an issue with a tool getting stuck in my dryer vent, and they were able to come out the same day. Not only did they get the tool unstuck, but they also discovered that my vent was broken and my dryer had been venting straight into the attic — something I would’ve never known about.
They quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the ductwork, and made sure everything was properly connected and safe. My dryer is running better now than it ever has! They were professional, friendly, and clearly experts at what they do.
I’m extremely grateful for their fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent or ductwork help!

They were very open about arrival time and time to complete the job. Pricing was fair, work was quality, and they gave me lots of good advice to keep my HVAC clean and healthy. I did both the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Will use them again for my next cleaning in a few years.

This is one of the best contractor companies that I have worked with to take care of our home! From prompt scheduling and excellent communication, to showing up on time, to being infinitely courteous and professional, while being super kind and understanding to this super busy working mom - I can’t rave enough about how they treated me. The work speaks for itself. They did such a thorough job cleaning our duct and vents which were so dirty and dusty and it’s refreshing to be able to feel like I can breathe in fresh air in my home.
Bonus - I called around to compare scheduling and acquire quotes for a full cleaning and treatment service and this company exceeded all others that I called in our area.

I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with Pronto after seeing good reviews online. Admittedly, I didn't even wait for a quote and just went for it, and I was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick, efficient, and most importantly, affordable. The technician was friendly and I will be using them again in the future. 10/10 recommend.
