My doctor sends my prescription to this place. It's a bit far for me to pick it up. They offer a delivery service for $5 but the delivery person will leave the package anywhere and just leave. I didn't know the package was delivered until I wondered about it and looked on my webcam. Sure enough, they had delivered it a day later than promised and they just dropped it and drove away, with no doorbell, knock, or delivery confirmation. The winds blew it away before I could get to it (the next day when I found out) so their compromise is that I have to drive to them to get it. I asked for shipment services but they didn't feel like offering that. I'm asking my dr if there's another pharmacy that I can use.

My husband was measured by them for compression socks after surgery as they were on a list of preferred places by our doctor. After he was measured we bought the size they recommended. He put them on there at the pharmacy and they were way too big and did not provide any compression. When we went to the counter to exchange for a smaller size they refused and tried to gaslight my husband saying they were a perfect fit according to their perfect measurements. They would not admit any fault and now we are out $115 for absolutely nothing. Do not go here. We feel scammed.

Really good pharmacy. Friendly staff and they always have what's needed. I had to switch from a 24hr CVS because they were always on back order. I do wish they had better hours, but I'm glad the employees have time off and aren't overworked. ?

I tried to fill Rx from my dentist.The pharmacists displayed no empathy for me as a patient nor respected the orders of my doctors orders. Never visit again.They simply don't care so don't go there again

First of all I do not highly recommend Prosperity Pharmacy. Not only they did not call or text when my daughter's prescription was a ready to be pick up in a day and that she really needs ( who has special need). It took them more then a week every time. The first time I went there it was fine. They called me a couple days when the medicine was ready. After the 2nd and 3rd refills it went down hill after that. What I don't understand is that they had updated my phone number already the first time so I'm not sure why the manager (she sucks). She was the one with the southern accent. You can't miss her accent and her son work there too. When I went today to get the medicine the manager verify my old number again when they had already update phone number to begin with and it was also on the refills so why didn't they call or text when the medicine was ready to be picked up. The manager ask me to calm down and I was. I just was just frustrated. How dumb can you get? I also called and left a message for them on 1/17 and they never called me so I went there today 1/26 and it was just sitting in there bin. Obviously if they listen to my message that I left on 1/17 they would find out what my phone number is but no one bother to call. If I was not able to go today to get my daughter's medicine in which she really need who knows when she will be able to take it. It would probably be seating in their bin for a whole month. smh. Again I would not highly recommend this place even if the pharmacist said Walmart would not be able to mix the medicine for my daughter. I rather go somewhere else instead of wasting my time over and over again and . I don't have the time for stupidity. smh Good luck with whomever is in getting your medicine filled there!

I have never left a review any where on anything so when I say this place is bad, I mean it. They wasted my time and gas two days in a row. Save yourself time and gas and literally go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is the best I am 50yrs old and have had to deal with many places over the years Page and her team are the very best she is very knowledgeable and very informative on everything I asked.her demeanor is very professional and made me feel like I was part of the family Vinod the pharmacist was an asseset to my questions Redha help me in everything I needed this pharmacy is now and forever my go place

I got my vaccine through prosperity pharmacy. The staff was attentive and nice. They took care of me right away. No complaints.
