I have to be honest, I don't rent a storage unit. But I had to comment about a particular employee who came in our store last night. The name tag said Patricia...older, heavyset, short hair--hope you can figure out who it was. The reason why I'm commenting on her is because of her honesty, this woman finished checking out at our grocery store and realized one of the items didn't scan. Rather than simply keeping the item like most people do, she came back in to customer service and paid for it!! Faith in humanity restored!

They are in the office when they feel like it and answer return phone calls when they feel like it. I worked like these employees do I would have been fired from my job.
