As long as you show up on time & perhaps even a bit early everything (a novel approach these days!) seems to work fine. Late does not work when they are scheduling appts. so closely together. And be prepared - have all the necessary doctor and insurance information they will need. The team is always polite, pleasant, and efficient.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. The lack of respect for others' time was evident as there was no one to provide updates or inform me of any delays. The overall service was subpar, and I strongly discourage anyone from using this location.

Not the most attractive waiting room, but the check-in kiosk is great, and the service was fast and friendly! Will definitely come back for all my testing needs!

I called several times to Quest customer service to know how much my out of pocket cost was going to be for the labs my nurse practitioner order for me, they told me to buy the tests online going to requestatest.com because other wise was goin to be $1,800. I also request an email the website of quest has with prices. Then I decided to go to the Leesburg clinic, Michel one of the lab technicians was so attentive and nice and checked on the computer and told me it was going to be $347.23 my out of pocket cost since I didn't have medical insurance. And even wrote it in a paper for me. So I decided to make my appointment for next day since I needed to be fasting. The only place that had an appointment available was Manassas, so I drove there and checked in. They called me and before they were going to take the blood sample I asked again how much was going to be she told me $1,800 . And I said no I was told it was $347.93 and she said my doctor had not submitted a stamp that they required but I asked my nurse practitioner and she said she did! But the lady told me it was better to go online and buy the test in the website request a test.com --- so I did I ended up paying more than $800.00 when I visited my nurse practitioner she printed me the test lab request with the prices and yes it was $337.43. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND THE LADY WITH LONG BLACK HAIR LATINA I CALLED Quest AND THEY TREAT ME LIKE I WAS AN IDIOT, SAYING MY BILLING ISSUES ARE NOT WITH THEM OF COURSE I KNOW THAT PAYING A 3rd PARTY MAKES THEM NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL FOR THE CHARGES BUT I WANT THEM TO STOP DOING THIS TO PEOPLE...I called to report this lady, they need that she stop making patients spend more money than they need tOo, also the people at their call center doing the same! I definitely prefer lab corp. they have people that can assist you in a polite manner and treat you with respect and dignity. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER DO TESTING AT QUEST

Fast check in, on time service, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Friendly staff, zero pain blood draw, results within 24 hours- who could ask for more! Do your part to get this service- Make an appointment online, pre-register your insurance info, have your doctor send labs ahead of time and you won't have to wait long for your turn. Common sense that walk ins have to wait and they do disrupt the flow of those that pre-planned their visits.

I have never had a less than great experience with this Quest location. The staff is prompt, professional and personable. My satisfaction is evidently a forethought and my comfort, and my time is respected. I specifically request this location for my lab work because it is consistent and convenient.

I showed up for a walk in appt knowing that scheduled appts are seen first & I was perfectly fine with this. I was there to have blood drawn for Blueprint Wellness for my husband's job. Something we have been doing for 8 yrs without any issues, until today. 15 mins after I arrived another patient arrived as a walk in. The lab tech asked her what her name was & did she have an appt. The lady said no I'm a walk in & the tech takes her back. The lady was in and out and 30 mins later I'm still sitting, so when the lab tech opened the door again I explained that I too was a walk in & why was a lady that showed up as a walk in 15 mins after me, taken back before me? The tech said "I don't know what to tell you". She then addresses a room of approx 15 patients & says "patients who have appts are taken back first and then walkins are taken back, maybe worry about yourself instead of worrying about why other patients are called back!!". 15 mins later she takes me back & tells me my order isn't in the system an to call a number & come back later. I had the order & said the order is right here with all my info on it along with what labs you are to draw that I've been doing this for 8 yrs this exact way & now it's a problem. So I call my husband & tell him she claims she can't do it, just had his lab work done 2 was ago & had no issues. He said he didn't understand & she heard him & proceeds to toss her papers in the air, grab a drink & huffs & puffs & says "I'm not lieing. & there is nothing I can do & I dont know what to tell you. I tell her that there was NO reason to be as rude as she was being, that it's fairly obvious that she was still irritated that I wanted to know why a lady was called back that showed up after me & didn't like being called out, so this was nothing more than her refusing to draw my blood. 1 other patients walked out also due to this lab techs attitude. I ended up leaving as well and told her that if she hates her job that much that maybe finding another profession would be better. Her attitude was extremely poor, she treated patients with no respect, she was the rudest person I had ever dealt with. I filed several complaints against her today as soon as I arrived home. She is a Hispanic lab tech, young and you can't miss her because she never, not once smiled & it was obvious she didn't want to be there. She absolutely has no business working with patients who already don't feel well and has to deal with getting stuck by someone who will stick you just to get back at you. Stay clear of this location.

No one at desk and their express check in says walk ins may not be accommodated same day. Room looked like it needed to be cleaned, very dingy. Left and went to the LabCorp down the road.

This place is very unprofessional and unfriendly and unsafe. The people here act very ghetto and mean. They will talk about patients rudely.

Scheduled an appointment for 2.30 online and these guys here saying they don’t take anything after 2.20. Pathetic staff here for wasting time of their customers.

Only one guy works here. Even with priority given to patients with appointments, you don't get seen till an hour after your appointment time.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the workers are so rude and made me feel so humiliated. I made an appointment for 8am and checked in at 7:55am once I arrived. I saw that the waiting area was full but it was 8:20am and I still haven’t been called. Then the male nurse came out and called for someone named “Ashley.” No one went up and the male nurse called for someone else. I started to get nervous because my official first name is Liyandra (Lee-an-dra) Ahley (ah-Lee). Then time passed and it was 8:35am, I went to the front desk but no one was there so I went to sit back done at 8:40am. Time passed and my name still wasn’t called. Then a female nurse came out to call someone and I said “excuse me, my appointment was at 8am and I checked in at 7:55am and I still haven’t been called.” She asked for my name and I gave it and she said she’ll go check. Once she left to the back, I could hear her voice and the other nurses start laughing. No one came out to give me an update. It was 8:55am at this point and the male nurse came back out and called for someone. As I watched, we made eye contact and he just stared at me and started chuckling, then left to the back. I started crying so I ran out and left the building. I began crying pretty hard in my car because I felt so humiliated, frustrated, and neglected because none of the workers cared to check on me because I’ve been there for an hour just waiting. It’s not my fault the male nurse completely mispronounced my name and didn’t clarify who he was calling for, how was I supposed to know if it was me. I refuse to go back and get humiliated again. I absolutely would not recommend going here (the Manassas location).The workers are unprofessional and rude.

DO NOT GO HERE!Worst place ever. Went for a pre employment drug screening, was there for over 3 hours. Interactions with the employees were rude! Why let us make an appointment if you will not honor it. Would leave no stars if possible.

Worst customer service, calling my name when it’s my appointment time and asking someone else to come in when I have waited for more than 2 hours with empty stomach. This was done by one of the laboratory technicians and he is the only male employee I believe in there, dated Fri, august 18.

Long wait times over an hour, even if you book an appointment. Not a clean location. I do not recommend visiting this location until they overhaul management.
