I brought my vehicle to Ourisman Ford in Manassas for warranty work (entertainment system that was replaced twice in 3 years) back in March, the service adviser Elizabeth is a horrible communicator, she does not give you an update on what is going on and I have to call the dealer daily (typically no one was answering the phone) which made it very frustrating. They kept my vehicle for 2 weeks because "they are going back and forth with a third party company", mind you the car is in a safe and drivable condition. Since they have no plan or have any idea when they can fix it or when will the part will become available, I asked for my vehicle back. Fast forward, the end of May, still no update or answer, I called the service department manager "Jose", I gave him the history and was told to give him 30 mins to get back to me, he never called back. A week later Elizabeth called and told me "the part is coming next week". Again, I waited for the phone call another week until Friday, no update so I called the dealer and Elizabeth is now "checking" if the part is available, viola, it is available. So she schedule a vehicle pick up for Monday, the car is picked up and a day went by, no updates and no one will answer the phone. I would think updating a customer about the vehicle's progress would be an important part of an adviser's job, but it shows that no one cares. This will be the last time I will bring my vehicle to this dealership or give business to Ourisman name. The lack of communications in multiple occasions including upper management show incompetencies as a whole. Bring your business somewhere else.

Brought in my car for a fast leak, two days in a row it’d gone from 40psi to 25. I said passenger rear tire. Few minutes later the front desk repeats back “so driver rear?” and I corrected them and they wrote it down. They took the car for a half hour, brought it back—said they found nothing. I said “are you sure they checked the passenger rear?” since I was worried about the exchange before. They said yes, nothing found but bring it back with any problems. Mm hmm. Well of course for the third day in a row my tire went from 40psi to 28psi (two manual gauges, one electric). So I call them up and when they find my file she says “yes, I see here, a nail with no leak.” I said “are you saying they left a nail in my tire?” She said “there was no leak” I said “is there a nail in my tire?” Third attempt she said “no.” Then they offered to look at the tire again, “this time with soap and water.” Maybe that’s something they should have tried yesterday when they had it for a half hour, instead of telling me nothing was wrong after two days of the same problem. Day three now, need to find a new place because I’m not going back to Quicklane.
