I’ve been coming here for years. Recently my F150 had an alignment issue from the factory. Tom and Tamara were fantastic at addressing any damage done, along with addressing some recall and maintenance work, getting everything done promptly and professionally. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them to get work done and recommend them highly to anyone.Service: Tires

I called everywhere due to my Honda civics skid plate falling down, and it was scraping really badly. It sounded like my car was falling apart. I finally called them and they said they could do it instantly. The front desk and the mechanics were extremely courteous and helpful. They gave me peace of mind and fixed my skid plate. Any future car problems I’ll instantly come back!

Wanted to give an update on my previous review took the truck to another shop and they were able to fix the issue for $100 it was a simple wire connection that was off so Tamara caused all of these issues and diagnosed the problem wrong from the beginning she wanted $1400 for the same fix even the fake diagnosis charge she attempted to give me was more then the whole fix what a joke

I recently had an issue with the lights on the back of my 2018 Ford F-150 and brought it in for repair. Initially, I received excellent service from Julian, a serviceman who assisted me at the front desk. He provided a lot of helpful information about my warranty and offered various services related to the lights. While waiting for the repairs, Julian kept me informed about the expected duration and when the parts would arrive. I appreciated his communication.However, things took a turn when Julian had to consult with his service manager, Tamara, regarding the battery and whether it would be covered by the warranty. It was at this point that problems arose. Tamara suddenly claimed that none of the work on the lights would be covered due to pre-existing superficial damage to one of the taillights, which I had not mentioned when dropping off the vehicle. It's important to note that the issue I brought in the vehicle for concerned all four lights malfunctioning, not just the damaged taillight. Throughout the process, Tamara displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism, refusing to assist me in any way and making the situation needlessly difficult.To make matters worse, Tamara decided to reissue a report that had already been sent to me, now including a charge for a diagnostic fee for the lights. The existence of the small damage was already known when I dropped off the vehicle, and no mention was made of a diagnostic fee until Tamara became involved. When I arrived at the office, I was surprised to find a new bill that included this charge, even though Julian had previously sent me the same bill without it. Julian seemed almost embarrassed to hand me the updated bill, knowing that Tamara had added the charge. Throughout the entire process, Julian tried his best to maintain professionalism and rectified the situation by removing the obviously unfounded diagnostic charge.Moreover, when I entered the office, Julian was kind and provided me with good service, acting as if there were no issues. However, Tamara positioned herself aggressively close to me, making me feel confronted, and repeatedly asked if I was satisfied with her service, despite our previous conflicts and my expressed dissatisfaction. It appeared to be an intentional attempt to provoke a reaction.Overall, the experience with Julian was positive, but Tamara's behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and tarnished the reputation of your company. I was under the impression that inspections were covered by my warranty based on previous visits, but Tamara insisted otherwise unless I could provide specific warranty clauses. In the end, it all felt very unprofessional and was an embarrassment to your company's name.I since took it to another shop and the issue was fixed for $125 less the phony diagnosis fee Tamara attempted to charge me she caused all this embarrassment over a simple wire connection that was disconnected.

Got The Works and State Safety Inspection. In and out I'm 2 hours on a Saturday. Been going there since QL opened and have always got good service at a decent price.

The worst Quicklane experience I've EVER had. I submitted my F250 and a coupon for "mid winter service" for $69.95. They said they can't do anything with a truck that large and sent it over to the dealership.THEY NEVER TOLD THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT THE COUPON! The dealership (Ted Britt) decided to do whatever they wanted to do and only changed the oil and filter CHARGING ME MORE THAN TWICE THE PRICE AFTER GIVING HALF THE SERVICE!! If I was rich enough to carry a lawyer in my hip pocket, I would have them in court so fast they might lose their license to sell Fords. Bear in mind this was Quicklane in Fairfax. The Quicklane in Manassas has never treated me poorly, so that is where I'm taking my truck from now on. They know how to service an F250 and they treat the customer right.

When I came into quick lane the staff were super nice. My car had a hard time starting and would die on me. I needed to replace the battery and they also told me I also needed an alignment. I went ahead and proceeded with all recommended services. They got my car in quickly and took care of me. Would highly recommend quicklane Tire & Auto.Services: Battery
