I have known Susan and most of her crew for years and finally needed her help to move my mom. She quickly worked to get me a moving date and had great communication.
Benny and Hector were the crew for the day and they both were amazing. Friendly, hustlers, knowledgeable. They showed up on time and the estimate of 4 hours for the job was spot on.
This is a family run company and everyone is great! Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks Susan, Benny, and Hector!

I had the best experience with Randall Movers on Saturday. The crew was Benny & Hector. We had 3 stops for them and these 2 were amazing. Very efficient and handled the furniture with top notch care. All items were wrapped and secure professionally. They took care of flooring and all items were moved safe with no damage. I highly recommend Randall Movers I would 100% use them again.

Randall Movers is the kind of local company that truly deserves a shoutout. From start to finish, this experience was top-notch. Kelly was an angel — incredibly flexible and accommodating when I had a last-minute moving emergency. Her advice during the quoting process was genuine, very appreciated and made the entire experience feel smooth. She relieved a lot of stress!
My moving crew — Mike, Benny, Mo, and George — were beyond helpful. They were friendly, professional, and a lot of fun to be around. My mom and I genuinely enjoyed spending the whole day with them, from great conversation to great music. We even had a surprise reunion when I realized one of them used to be my neighbor from 10 years ago! My mom said after the 12+ hour move, “I’m going to miss them,” and honestly, same — we’re ready to host a BBQ at the new place and invite them all!
Their prices are competitive, but it’s the service that sets Randall Movers apart. You can tell it’s a family-run business that truly cares. If you’re looking for a moving company that treats you like more than just a job, this is the one.

I had an amazing experience with Randall Moving & Storage! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. The booking process was smooth, and they provided a clear estimate with no hidden fees.

High recommend this company. I've used them for three moves and have not been disappointed. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the movers arrived on time and worked really hard. My moves were completed quickly and efficiently. They also were willing to work with me when my moving date changed, accommodating me on short notice.

Randall Moving helped with our move from NOVA to Virginia Beach and included a two step process including a few months in storage. The team was so nice, very polite and clearly very experienced. Susan was very clear in communications. Pricing was easy and transparent. I highly recommend.

My mother in law used Randall Movers for a move from VA to NC. The whole experience was fabulous. Their quote was very competitive and their service was great. The team we had of Clarence, Nate, and George did a wonderful job. They were professional, knew what they were doing, but were also polite and even funny, sharing humor and generally making what could have been a stressful time quite pleasant. Each of them went above and beyond expectations to make things run smoothly. Clarence made sure her Sleep Number beds were working perfectly before they left. Nate was extra helpful, even making very useful suggestions. If you want to have a great experience moving to your new home, this is the team you want.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the excellent work and service your team provided with us today. I could not have asked for a better service, the positivity that they brought and dedication to their job was amazing. Brad, Moe and Benny made our move stress free, worked efficiently and made this a successful move! Would definitely be recommending your service to friends and family in the area. We were also grateful that the service was affordable allowing us to move in to our new location without overly stressing about the cost.

As we were getting ready for our move, we researched and reached out to 6 moving companies to get a quote. We chose Randall as they were in our budget and seeing all the reviews we were confident. First day was the packing and they anticipated that it would take 9 hours but we were done packing in 5 hours. The next day was the move. Everything was perfect. We have moved quite a lot and have had a couple of bad experiences in the past so we know what to expect during the move. They were professional and very upfront and listened to all our requests. The packing was perfect. I have completed unpacking 80% of the boxes and there is no damage to any of my plates or cups.
Would recommend Clarence and his crew. The front desk staff is really great and called to check on the experience.

I called at literally 9am because I had items packed into a truck and could not get them out…I needed help badly. When I tell you everywhere else I called told me “2-3 hour minimum + travel fees, hourly rate” and it was in excess of $400.00. Mind you, it was for THREE bookshelf sized items moved about 50 feet. I found ONE OTHER place under $200.00…and THEN I called this amazing company. The lady on the phone, Susan, was the nicest and told me it was gonna be alright! Three guys showed up within TWO HOURS, literally I could not believe how fast. Not only did they do the three items I asked, but they did the other items too…with no extra charge…they were just nice guys who didn’t feel right just leaving it there for me to do. If I could have paid them hundreds, I would have. They handled everything in about 45 minutes, they were friendly, nice, capable, followed all my directions (even as I changed where I wanted some of the furniture ?) and didn’t hit any walls, dent any furniture or anything. Absolutely amazing. They really saved me today and I’m SO HAPPY I found this company…I will use them for everything for the rest of my time in Virginia. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend, 10 stars
