Very rude and unprofessional. I called the manager to explain my situation with my boots and immediately told me there is nothing I can do for you. In a very rude way. I will keep my boots but never purchase or recommend anyone. In fact I will go the extra mile explaining to people how you customer service is.

Traveling for work, and needed to replace my boots. Went in on a Friday afternoon right before closing and was greeted by the most professional Red Wing salesman, Raúl. He made sure the boot I was getting was the PERFECT fit.
Red wings sell themselves. But what really stood out was Raúl's professionalism as well as attitude. I thought he was owner operator of the store with how much he was happy to help me find my new boots. He told me he was not but one day soon.
When these boots eventually need to be retired and I need a new pair, I'll be calling Raúl from my homestead up in Maine to ask for a new pair.
If you need some boots, go see Raúl!

I have worn the safety toe sneaker item # 6338 for 4 months. The pivot part of the sneakers on all 4 sides (inner & outter) have holes/tears... I mostly am an office worker but require to walk around the job site where safety toes are required. The store would not warranty the shoes.... DO NOT buy these shoes or shop at Manassas Red Wing. Unless you enjoy wasting your money on poor quality & poor service.

Just bought a pair of boots for my wife as a gift here. The salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. What might have been me leaving with an ordinary sales person turned into a sale. I will be back for a pair for me soon.

It was hard to get any kind of direction or feedback when trying to determine a good boot for what I need. I had to ask for them to use the foot scanner rather than provide a generic insole. I mentioned the original insoles were hard and wasn't even recommended an upgrade until I asked. I had to ask for boot oil after asking if there's some kind of maintenance I should do with the boots. Overall it wasn't the sales experience I expected. So far, the boots I ended up with weren't exactly what I wanted initially, but I am happy with them. I got hikers but wanted pull on. I was only given 2 types of pull ons and they were near impossible to get on and the ones that fit lengthwise were too tight on top. I would imagine a boot stretcher could help, but it wasn't something that was discussed.
