Worst customer service ever!!! Eva González the “manager “ is rude, obnoxious seriously unprofessional!!!! I got behind on one payment only once !!! because I had lost my job just and it was a tough time for me she would call me/ text me 24/7 and my referrals saying she was going to take me to court and sue me for grand theft saying my mom didn't raise me right and should be ashamed for being behind on payment. Disappointed with the management! rent a center should consider who they hire and how the employees treat their customers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I have no words to describe how rude , awful and unprofessional Eva is and those words are a nice way to describe that lady. Horrible experience with Eva!!! I don’t know how this place can have someone in charge like that if this the person rent a center wants them to represent them? How awful. My wife got merchandise from them and we honestly regret it if we would’ve known eva would be harassing us and texting/ calling us telling us awful things we would’ve never done that.

Making an edit to this post, would give negative 5 stars if I could. Even worse this last time I posted this place is an absolute joke of a company. Unprofessional rude and lie. I told them to stop calling my mother, and they called her again without even trying to contact me first. Corporate said they would call within 48 hours… been a week ain’t haven’t heard a peep. Can’t wait to pay off and get the hell away from them. I hope they go out of business which won’t be long if they keep acting the way they do. Sorry excuse for employees if you want to call them thatHands down the worse experience I’ve ever delt with. So unprofessional and the threatens are unreal. Eva tried to tell me she was coming to get my merchandise on the day my payment was due, they have called my poor mother over and over after I tell them to stop. Won’t provide me with proof of any of the lies they say. My balance magically jumped up a $100 in 2 days and random fees that nobody can explain. How they are in business no idea. I want to goto court for all the harassing they have done to me. Stop calling my mother you clowns.

These people at this location have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. We had just moved to our new place and wanted to start fresh and check this business out. They messed up on our order 4 times, not even lying. They even gave us merchandise that was damaged. We were very patient with these people and they are very rude and disrespectful and then when you become frustrated with them for not communicating, lying, and being unprofessional, they will threaten to pick up the merchandise and start legal action. The manager Eva is very unprofessional. Diana doesn’t do her job well and can be rude also, you be late on one payment and they are quick to pick up the merchandise and won’t give a grace period but claim they didn’t have the manpower to switch out the damaged merchandise they gave us. We have given them many “grace periods” to get it right and they still haven’t but will play dumb like they did nothing wrong and press you for a payment on the damaged property. The young lady Reagan also came to pock up the merchandise and was disrespectful and I had to ask her to remove herself from my apartment. I will say that the delivery guys are nice, one is a bit lazy though. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere! I also have the receipts (proof) of the poor service, so don’t respond to this review as if you guys did nothing wrong. I will post them.

Absolutely worst location to go to the store Isn't clean, then employees choose not to come to work when they want when they do come to work. They're all doing the same thing somewhere else. They don't answer the phone to collect your payment. Then you owe extra money they won't pick up your merchandise. If you do not want it.. When you ask this, speak to the corporate manager or a supervising manager. You get nothing they charge you long after you dropped off the merchandise.. I would not recommend going to this location go to any other location..

My experience is awful, I’ve been having lots of financial issues since renting from this place, and I’m met with people who are not understanding at all. I am always threatened with a repo of my rental, and I do not appreciate customer service at all.

First time with Rent-A-Center. We had lost our central air on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are during this dreadful heatwave. I called them and from the moment I started talking to Diana, yes her name is Diana too! I knew this was going to be an awesome experience. I explained my situation and she was able to find me 2 window units in excellent condition. I was not sure how long the lease was going to be as we needed to wait for the part to come in, so we headed out there to pick up the units because they couldn't deliver until the next week. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a beautiful smile and a calm aura. She thoroughly explained everything and we signed. A month later we finally got our central AC unit repaired and I called Rent-A-Center and they set up a date to pick up the units. Everything went smoothly and the crew is super professional! Thank you Diana, Eva, Regan and the delivery man. IF I ever need to use Rent-A-Center again, you are the crew to go to! Life savers!

This 75” TV >> 7HN684 cost about $679 on the market brand new. However it is listed “cash Price” at $1,590.74.(keep in mind this is not WITH added interest, this is their CASH PRICE)This means they have marked up the value of the TV by $912. And then to add fuel to the fire if you wish to rent the TV, they will add HUGE interest and It will cost you an additional $1,945.You have just rented a $679 TV for roughly $3,534; The price of a 2005 Honda Civic. That’s a mortgage payment on a 6 bedroom mansion. This is nothing but a scam center. Please be careful.

At the Maryland location near Baltimore. The rent a center shicked me. I paid $259 for 2 years straight and when I lost my job during COVID and became homeless with my wife a nd five children, I fell behind for 6 weeks and after I became employed I wanted to start paying again and catch up but the staff insist on taking me to court instead of allowing me to resume my payments again. THERE IS A LOT MORE THAT WAS DONE TO ME ILLEGALLY BUT I WILL LEAVE IT IN JESUS HANDS, MY LORD.

Terrible customer service and even worse management.They damaged our product while loading it on the truck and it took a month and threats of legal action to have it resolved. Now they are charging us for service I opted out of....twice! Horrible store!

IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS, I WOULD!!!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE NEW STORE MANAGER MRS LEA RAMIREZ. SHE SHOWED THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS IN HER STORE LAST WEEK AND ENDED UP BUYING A TV AT A GREAT DEAL!I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS MANASSAS RENT A CENTER TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.10 STARS!!!!!!!!!
