Today on August 12th i went to salvation army expecting to have a peaceful shop! But no when i walked in there and fire alarms were going off and was told by a customer they had been on since he walked in 30 minutes ago.Very unpleasant experience.

I purchased a coffee table from here not too long ago- it wouldn't fit in my car and I had to come back the next morning with my work truck. They gave me a lot of hassel about this and insisted it would fit.
I told them it wouldn't, but the cashier insisted the floor worker try. The poor guy tried just cause his boss made him. He tried to fit it in my car and damaged the dashboard and leather. I didnt take it out on him, wasn't his fault. But they still gave me a hard time. Really frustrating.
I went back a few days ago with a large bin of things to donate. Serving trays, NFL jerseys, brand new linens with the tags still on them. They picked through the whole bin and told me they couldn't take anyone them because my household had pets and people might have allergies.
I brought it to goodwill who took it without question.

If item price is missing they won't look at it and set price. Said had to send item back to warehouse. BS. Terrible. Not like ones in Florida. Lots of unmarked and people upset

It's bad customer service, they're racists! And the worst thing is that the same Hispanics who work there look down on it, they are spoiled, I came from another city to buy but I don't recommend them!!
