Ms!!!! Tracy! You hooked me up! I think CiCi did my pedicure? She was so sweet! I will be back! Every staff member has been polite, kind, greeted me. Everyone was friendly and gentle with my poor nails. I had such a great experience.

In an area with a lot of places to get pedicures and manicures done, this place is one of the best. We have been to quit a few places and this one is head and shoulders above the others. Great technicians and prices. My wife and I got the deluxe pedicures and could not be happier. It will become our place from now on. 3 months later we call for an appointment for 2. We show up and they don't have room for us together. Why make an appointment if it is not honored? Seems they are not as good as I first thought. Definitely not 5 stars on average. Maybe 3.

Underwhelming customer service. Poor Performance. Extremely slow service. And NO they weren't understaffed or busy when we got there at noon. I took my partner in for his birthday. He was getting a Spa Mani/Pedi and I asked for a Spa foot/leg massage. There was a short wait then we were Sat in the pedicure chairs. A technician seemingly in training began his session in a water only foot bath, no spa salt or softener added. Same with me except I sat waiting for a technician to return so long that the water got cold. My service was NEVER performed. There was no update or anything. During this time My guy received subpar results and because his services took entirely too long he switched to a standard manicure. If it were left to me the session would've ended there! However, it was about celebrating him. I wouldn't recommend and do not see myself going back.

The worst experience i have had at a nail salon

Honestly the worst pedicure/manicure I have ever received. I come here once in a while for a pedicure and don’t have a bad experience, hence why I came again. However, this time it was a new person who seemed fairly young. She started off with the pedicure and did not hand me any menu to pick the pedicure from. When it was time for using the exfoliating block on my foot, she did it for literally 5 seconds. I told her to do it again since I knew it needed more rubbing than that to remove the dry skin. She did it for 2 more seconds and stopped. She didn’t understand anything I was saying. I had to keep telling her to fix the shape or to file more. I even had to grab the nail file to fix it myself for her to understand what I was trying to tell her. When it came to checking out she did not know how to use the register, I asked her multiple times if someone else could check me out, and she still didn’t understand what I was asking. She almost let me leave with paying a smaller amount since I was paying with 2 gift cards and I still had a remaining balance but I had to walk her through the process so that I pay the right amount. Now that I think about it I should have just left since the job was not done properly at all and definitely not worth what I payed.

I have been getting my nails done by Amy for a few years now, they are always amazing ! She takes her time to make sure they are exactly the way I want them. The salon is always clean and has a relaxing environment, there is ample parking and close to other shopping.

Great place! Friendly staff. Nice ambiance. I get liquid gel fills and pedicures with Tiffany. She’s great! Definitely would recommend.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Amy T. for about a few years now, she’s so amazing and talented! I love her skills and make any nail inspo possible! She goes above and beyond! She is a sweetheart. I recommend you to get your nails done by her!! She is flexible and has great time management whenever I need a last minute appointment! :)

I have been going to Sassy Nails for more than 10 years. Helen has been my go to nail tech. Tracy, the new owner, has elevated the atmosphere and level of service. It is worth your time to give Sassy Nails a try. You will not be disappointed!
