They can increase your rent at anytime without asking and without warning, I suddenly had a $100 rent increase per month! Now I pay $485 a month? Outrageous. I started by paying $215 a month and 2 years later I'm up to $485.

I love the deal they have for this storage place. Very convenient. I got the first month free deal and Edwin been very helpful showing me where to go to get to my storage unit and the hours. It’s cheaper than most storages place I’ve been in. And you can just book your storage online and it’s easy to do.

First off Edwin! Just from our telephone conversation he was kind and understanding. When I arrived he introduced his self and he was pleasant, soft spoken and knowledgeable of the storage units and prices. He was patient and allowed me to see units inside and outside. I hope he is the manager because he represents your company well. I can't thank him enough. I rented 3 weeks ago almost and I'm finally able to leave this review. He certainly left an impact on me and my family that day. We were worn out from packing and moving and he was awesome. Thank you Edwin. My sister's and I appreciate you. Take care. Also the place I'd clean. Easy access and affordable!

I have, as a result of my work, had to use a fair share of storage unit facilities in my time. Some have wild Bluetooth locks on the doors and fancy security technology, others have ‘luxury’ amenities that try to take the edge off the high costs for rent.
This place does not have those bells and whistles: It is simple, yet functional place to store your belongings.
Nonetheless, this is still the only storage unit facility I am proud to give five stars. Why? The people: I have yet to meet a better duo of property managers than Tommy & Pat. Tommy is incredibly thoughtful, quick to make solutions and can manage a couple customers at once without a blink. Pat will brighten up your day with humor, clues you in on the best ways to get the most value from your storage unit, and will gladly pick up the phone whatever the weather.
Together they create a responsive team where, whatever the issue (or even if there is no issue at all), they will work hard to solve it. Every other facility I have been to wants to automate to oblivion, but here you’ll find people who genuinely care to know you by name and lend a hand. For their efforts, the price of the unit is worth its weight in gold!

I don’t even know where to start. Maybe with pictures. Yea, that’ll do it. I cannot explain my level of disgust, frustration and disappointment in this place. I’ve been paying rent for the past year for an inside, climate controlled unit. I went up roughly a month ago to grab a few items to bring out to my parents house. No sign of any of this rodent waste. Come back a month later because apparently they are “shutting down” with no incentive for me, not even an apology for the serious inconvenience. No shrugs given. Yea. Being that we are no longer in the immediate area, we had to have our property out by Aug 16th or we would’ve had to pay for the full month. Needless to say, it was suggested to me by a staff member that it was highly unlikely any damage would occur if I committed to having a climate controlled unit, so I went with that. No big deal right? Wrong. Now that it’s scheduled for demolition, I suppose they stopped giving a damn about their customers’ property, or any type of pest control, and said “ah this place wont be here much longer, we don’t need to keep up with it”. So, by my estimate, $2500 worth of losses or items of value that we will have no choice but to throw out. Sent an email, still havent heard back. Business is business. I pay for a service that you offer, I expect, at the very MOST, minimal wear and tear to my property. Not rodent feces and urine everywhere I step, raining off of everything I picked up. Oh, and the dead rodent. Pictures included. Didn’t take pictures of the dead rodents up and down the hallway. Why bother? There are so many more pictures I have that I couldn’t even upload. Haven’t even opened up most boxes to find out what surprises are in there. I mean, I almost have to laugh because I’m so angry. This is how y’all run this place? What a joke man. I really wanted to give this place a better review than this. But they really forced my hand on this one. Terrible business model.

I think the pricing is unfair, every few months the price would increase for no reason. The online payment system acts up out of nowhere and I was told I have until the 13th to move out but I received a text on the 11th that I had to be gone by the 12th. Definitely wouldn't recommend this facility, plenty of competition in the area.
