Mac was very helpful and not pushy like I have experienced at many other places. There were multiple nice vehicles to choose from. Prices are fair and we purchased our vehicle relatively quick. I'm in NY and wanted a southern truck to replace my current ride. I worked with Steve after I found a truck that met my specs. Steve took the time to take a number of pics of the truck as I was purchasing it sight unseen. We'll, the vehicle was better than I could have expected as was Steve's efforts. I would highly recommend both Shannon Auto Sales AND Steve if you want a quality competitively priced used vehicle.

People check the trucks o cars if you buy at this guy's in my experience my truck don't have jack the bed of the truck is bad the frame start rusted i know is my problem for not check really good that's why I told to everybody buy over there check EVERYTHING!!!!!!

We had been seeking out a particular model of a vehicle for over a year. We saw the exact model posted online from Shannon Auto Sales and contacted them. Immediately, we received a response and despite that particular salesman being out of the office, his team quickly worked together to accommodate us with the paperwork needed for the purchase at the meeting time we had available. Because we were out of state, they also took the time to send us real-time video of the vehicle and cold starts to verify its validity before we arrived. When we got there, the pleasant purchase process felt like it took less time than placing an order at Chick Fila- it was just as quick and seamless too. While we signed the dotted lines, one of the team members filled the vehicle up with gas so we would have an easy travel experience back home. They offered a fair price and no non-sense evaluation and nothing less. What more can you ask for with a vehicle transaction? Thanks Jay, Mike and team for your kindness, professionalism, expertise and serving us so very well.
