Bought an F150 from sheehy ford and was scammed into getting a VIP PACKAGE, which supposedly included oil changes, tire rotations, car wash's and loaners at all sheehy locations. BEWARE DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME THING I FELL FOR. When trying to schedule oil changes through dealerships they give you a ridiculous appointment a week or two out once they look up your account and notice its a VIP service. My next option was to try and schedule it with the Sheehy appointment line. Scheduled an appointment and was told to go to Sheehy Nissan in Manassas today at 5:15 and was told they’d be able to change my oil. Drove 48 minutes for my appointment and was told they don’t do oil changes past 5 PM regardless if they had scheduled me or not.

This was the BEST dealership experience I have had in a while. From the front desk, to sales, to finance, everyone who I came into contact with greeted me warmly, had my best intentions at heart, and looked out for me. Because of them, I was able to get a brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra the same day. I did the majority the process online, however, when I came into the dealership to sign the paperwork, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless and straightforward process. I spoke to Kiki over the phone. She is so kind and gracious and Ash is literally the best salesperson I’ve ever met. Youssef helped me in finance and I give all of them a 10/10. There was not a rude encounter or staff member while I was there. If you ever come here to buy a car, specifically ask for Ash. He took real good care of me as well as Kiki. You won’t regret getting your next car from here! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!! 10/10 experience!

Isaac Israel was great salesman! I worked with him to purchase a pathfinder. Isaac was patient and took time out to explain features of each of the models which helped me make my decision. Then he drove over an hour to deliver me my new car.
