What a joke , when I read these great reviews for this Sheetz on Ashton & Sudley Manor Drive. Steak sandwich worst I ever seen. I will never buy food here again. Pathetic.

Today at 9:30 AM, the staff told me that each person could only buy once and that I had to stand in line again to buy a second time. There were two customers behind me and I went back and bought the items. Perhaps there is a law that prevents customers from coming and prevents them from spending money even if they want to. It was a very unpleasant morning. I always pump for gas, buy things, and order food when I commute to work, but I never want to go there again.

Long wait for a pump because of lots of people going inside while other users quite perplexed.
Finally got a pump. Couldn't get any gas to pump. Went in for help. I was told to let cashier precharge my card.
Can't she just cancel my card.? No.
Dubious as to that being the solution, I only asked for $5.
Nope...didn't work...no gas.
Went back inside, asked a different cashier for help...she asked what color I used.
Color, hmmm, I don't usually memorize colors at the pump.
Perplexed by all her color explanations I asked if she was talking about the nozzle.
Yes.
Still perplexed I returned to the pump.
Turns out Sheetz has three nozzles instead of the usual two.
I got my $5 worth of gas, then drove to Wawa on Sudley, which is actually more convenient and so much easier! They have the traditional two nozzles!
Very quick in and out at Wawa because their
pumps much easier to use.

Went in this morning to get Breakfast. Linda was very nice. Due to her great professionalism and awesome customer service she turned my morning from bad to good. She is also great at starting conversation with the customer. Never had a problem with this location always had great service, but Linda definitely stands out.???? she deserves a raise.

They got the same exact order I got wrong didn’t bother mixing any sauce on my bites and barely even put any in. Also got shake wrong when I went back to fix it they got it wrong again. Blamed it on being busy 11:00pm and only two other people in store. First photo is what I ordered with no sauce second photo wa just some random stuff. They also got the shake order wrong :)

Sheetz has been going down hill majorly when it comes to MTO food. Last month I ordered 4 chilli cheese dogs and mini hashed browns. When I got home, they only put 2 dogs in the bag. When I called them to complain the manager said sorry nothing they could do. I called corporate after and thankfully they gave me a few coupons for free MTO items. I avoided this particular Sheetz for a month hoping the call to corporate would've been what they needed to get their act together. My first time back today, and while I got everything I ordered, it is clear they don't care about customers orders. They charge like 50¢ per dog to add chili and another 50¢ to add cheese. They put litterally less than a teaspoon of chili on the dogs, and barely touched the dogs with cheese. So basically they stole $4 on my order by doing the bare minimum. Every other Sheetz I have gone to gives you what you pay for. I may give this Sheetz another try in a few months to see if they care about reviews and do something about them. But given they've not improved after a call to corporate, I have my doubts they actually care what their customers get.

Updated 2024/01/29Pros:- Quick and easy food ordering.- No hassle Public Wifi.- Clean Public restrooms.- Great hours of service. Always open.- Employees are welcoming. I no longer expect employees of any establishment of this type to welcome me as I walk in, but it's nice when it happens. Having positive human interaction separates this location from others I visit.- Table area to eat or read (inside & outside seating).- App allows for faster ordering (a bit buggy).Cons:- The app bugs out if you do not use your password manager. For security purposes I view my password within my manager then type the password into the credentials area of the other apps. The Sheetz app bugs if it sees a password manager running but cannot access it.- Televisions near the interior seating area are on multiple different channels; noise pollution.- Gift cards (store brand) can **NOT** be reloaded. I do this with another store similar to sheetz, to pay for orders within the app (I don't place my credit card in these apps).- wobbly tables. The table I was seated at had a 2 1/2 inch shift. You could spill your drink.- The electrical outlets do not function. I bought a coffee and wanted to charge the laptop while I worked; no power to the ac outlets.- Food/Meal quality fluctuates. I'm learning which employees to avoid.

I went into the drive-thru today 1/7/24 about 12:30 pm and ordered food. Thomas was my attendant. He was so helpful and kind, completely willing to be of good service. He had a smile the whole time. I ran him back and forth for sparkling water, and ketchup, none of which was part of my original order. He was great and I wish that was the customer service we get at every place we visit. We'll done Thomas!!

E85 at 74%, has tap to pay, no forced dialogues about car washes or receipts, no video or audio advertisements from the pump, 5 stars!
