This store is rated two stars for an obvious reason. I agree with the critics of the employees being rude & unwelcoming. Especially if your “own” people say so. I was not greeted & I waited over 20 seconds to be served. Two ladies looked at me, laughed and talked in their tongue. Well guess what? You ladies are beyond rude & your store is a MESS.

So I usually come here for the Sopa de Res and Tacos de Carne. I came on 7/14/21 8:30pm to get my usual and when I got home and was prepared to eat my food, the beef in my sopa was all pink and for me I don't eat pink and my taco meat looked not fully cooked either and tasted disgusting!! I called them to let them know what my food looked like and her response was that I was the only one who had complained all day and that the sopa was made earlier and that they always warm it up before they serve it, so I took pictures and came back on 7/15/21 to show them the food and pictures and she told me No that's how it's cooked and it's suppose to look like that and wouldn't give me a refund or offer to make a new sopa and tacos, this will probably be the last time I eat there because I don't eat raw meat unless I request it. Please let me know if I'm wrong about this meat being Raw or Not Fully Cooked??!!!
