THEY returned our phone two days late to Sprint corporate and we brought it to them a week before the due date. This is what we got charged. Stay the hell away from the store!!!! Now we are fighting to get this off of our credit.UPDATE: after a year of fighting with Sprint they removed all the charges. This headache was NOT worth it. The people at this store have no idea what they are doing.

The manager wear provocative clevage showing shirts and uses that to make sales to guys. The people who also works there aren't professional and are inappropriate.

They don't deserve one star but I had to give them something!!!!! Where, do I begin!!! My Account was hacked and was charged $400.00 dollars! I called Sprint who said it's not their problem call the insurance company so I called them "which you think Sprint would forward my call and we could talk this out on a three way, but no!" In the end insurance company agreed that these were fraudulent charges and they would credit my account; but it could take one or two business cycles!! You would think sprint would be understanding but they demanded the monies be paid and I had to fight late charges and shut down of services!! I kept calling sprint and trying to explain the situation but Sprint doesn't care about customer service and they don't care about protecting customers from "Identity Theft!!!" My account was hacked fraudulent charges were made and they only thing sprint cares about is getting paid!!! Half of my services are gone right now and I'm still waiting for the insurance company to pay the remainder of the balance; so I can have service restored!!! When I call my bank and tell them fraudulent charges have been made they forward me to their fraud department! Sprint never did that, in fact when I called, I received terrible customer service and at one time was hanged up on!! Every time I asked to speak with a supervisor I was asked "Why!" Unbelievable!!! Why because my account was hacked!!! Also sprint stores are not connected if you have a problem they tell you that you need to find a cooperate store and when you think you finally found one they say sorry we are just a franchise store and we can't help you!!! Good luck getting any kind of help much less any kind of customer service!! With Verizon and AT&T providing unlimited data usage there is no reason to stay with Sprint!!!

Worst Sprint store in the area. The manager has absolutely zero skill in customer service. I can't imagine how he got his position. After visiting, I checked these reviews, and realized I should have checked them before ever going. Like the other review says. Only go here if you want a headache. Go to the one on Centreville Rd or any other one. Avoid this store!

Horrible store, do not go here unless you want a headache. Two ghetto girls working there asking questions back and forth made them seem like they didn't know what they where doing. Didn't even ask my account password or anything and switched my service to a old phone. I won't be returning here and I even work in the mall. Sprint should close this store asap. All employees are trash and don't know what they're doing. Ghettos girls, a dude that barley speaks English, and a senior citizen run this store. What a joke.
