Very poor Customer service experience today at this location.They hire kids who know nothing about customer service who just argue.There is a promotion that we qualified for and they wouldn’t present it to us saying that “you didn’t ask for it”

I had a great experience at this store. They were out of the phone I wanted, but they were happy to order it and ship it to me. It was overall a pleasant experience and I felt cared about as a customer. 10/10 would go back

Staff here totally unwilling to help with my account issue. The moment it got complicated they told me there was nothing they could do. Drove down the street to the location at 9225 Sudley Rd. and got a completely opposite response. Don’t waste your time at this one.

Last time I went in there no one greeted me for the entire 10 minutes I was in the store. This time the employees didn't know anything about the products and said they couldn't do anything because their system was down.I doubt they would have actually been able to provide me with any kind of customer service, information, or assistance with the system up anyway. Time and again this location has shown me this laxidasical concern and just lack of care for Quality Service.

Returning from overseas for the military, I had issues with my phone and the two young ladies who worked on the evening of the 17th of August we’re helping me out in which I am grateful for. They understood my frustrations and was trying to facilitate. In the middle of my conversation with one of the sales representatives, i was rudely interrupted by the young man with hair locs, he proceeded to talk about what he “thought “ was the issue out loud for everyone in the store to hear (as if he was asserting frustration towards me) and insisted that the store was about to close even though i came in well before closing time.The issue was that I was on the fence if i needed to keep the service due to not being able to use the phone and I am in PCS transit. I need a phone due to i just recently arrived to country and I do not have any of my stuff that my phone number is tied to.Well, for his lack of customer service and discernment, he made the tough decision easy for me.I will cut my losses and get with a cell carrier that understands the importance of customer service, military matters, and finds solutions versus their service reps losing their professional bearing because it’s 15 minutes until closing.Unfortunately, i have to give this experience a 1 star and recommend district management retrain their reps on service bearing. T Mobile is earning a bad “rep” for being known as the cell carrier that exhibits foolishness when you are trying to conduct businessI am available to rectify this if corporate is interestedUPDATE as of 22 Aug 2022: Mr. Omar is a true professional. I spoke to him over the phone and via email and he followed through with his commitment to customer service in which I am grateful for. He corrected the aberration and ultimately, I was able to get a handset to be able to move forward. Thank you again, Mr. Omar

Let me start this review off by saying that when I'm angry I'm not easy to deal with, I'm not easy to deal with at all. That being said, my interaction with this store started long before I walked in the door. I was attempting to update my iPad with a new SIM card and there was a Filipino woman on the phone trying to help me do that. Well, that representative ended up disconnecting my phone and my iPad was not working either. The phone representative just created a bigger problem!When I entered the store I would have to say that I was emanating a lot of negative energy. I was very angry. Cordell, who had nothing to do with the phone conversation, was very patient working with me. Even though I initially dismissed his help, he held up through all the negative energy that I was putting off, the rude behavior, the angry vibes and maintained his composure. Coincidentally, I stopped working with the people on the phone and he took over to resolve my issue and provided a great experience. It's been a long time since I have come across such professionalism at work. I really hope that his management members recognize him because he's doing an outstanding job. I'm not easy to work with when I'm angry but I walked out feeling not only elated but also happy that I ran into him.I was ready to cancel all of T-Mobile service by the end of the day. Thanks to some great customer service, T-Mobile was spared the Ax.Cordell Haskins should be awarded T-Mobile's MVP for the day. He definitely earned it.

Quick service although there were lot of people, they were registering people on tab. I just wanted a sim card and it took less than minute to get it and i am out of store. This store is hood compared to one next to 711

Good location, the one near the 711 is difficult to park, overrall i had a good experience, went in and a guy with a ponytail helped me, i wanted to upgrade and he helped me and gave me all the options i had, one thing is that this location is a repair center and when i got there it was busy

Cam was amazing. I had stressful day and broke my phone, I tried another place and had a bad experience and walked in holding back tears. He was calm and went above and beyond to fix the complications I had with my old phone and set me up with a brand new phone. His professionalism and patience was exceptional, I felt listened to and I honestly will be back and only take my phones to him and this store, thank you so much for your help Cam, I honestly was so appreciative and you made my experience a great one!

Wonderful store amazing management and staff. Lenny is the best manager in the phone business, very knowledgeable great customer service, helped my mom and I every step of the way, great recommendations. Emily or Emma has great customer service and knowledge very patient with customer, the amazing fact is she is working while pregnant and still does not take breaks. She was multi tasking helping my mom and I and other customers that came in at the same time. Out of all T-mobile stores this is the best in NOVA wonderful atmosphere and the staff always gives 130% to their customers. I recommend get your phone here.

I have been dealing with the 611 tech customer service for the last few days Big disappointment They messed up my billing and would not fix it bought 2 phones 2 months ago and the both are defective won't work and would not let me exchange it I went to this store And the Team was Exceptional all Of them was helping me wondering why t Mobile 611 would not Lenny and His team Emily not sure her name it might be emma helped me calm down and called there boss and putt all effort in to helping the company it self through me under the bus with there jump plan and this store stood up for me Thank you so much
