Waiting for Amazon return drop-off for 14 mins now at their drop off desk. I blame Staples decision makers and Amazon for making this terrible decision as their return drop-off partner. Only staff and customers suffer. Now it's $1 to return at UPS. Will be purchasing less from Amazon from now on unfortunately. Staples staffs their stores terribly. Horrible retail experience unless there are 1-2 other customers in the store. More than that and it's gridlock. This store is also cutting hours soon I just heard. Wonder why.

I'd like to express my gratitude for sales manager James Phelps--he was phenomenal!I purchased an HP printer 1 week earlier at this Staples location. It was a lemon. The staff advised they'd take it back, no questions asked. When I returned to the store James processed my return and then helped me select a new Canon printer. It was a touch more expensive than the previous one ($30) but had almost identical features, except for the ink. This printer uses ink reservoirs instead of the traditional cartridges, and the cost comparison is staggering. I can purchase ink refills for about $40 compared to the same kind of cartridges at $120. So, I was happy about that suggestion from James. And, I did not mind that he offered me the extended protection plan (4 years at $10 more than the 2 year plan I purchased for the previous printer).In and out in under 30 minutes and I completed a return and made a purchase and learned more about ink jet printers than I had previously known.He's a gold mine of information on printers, and he really enjoyed helping me.

I have been trying to get a refund for a misprinted presentation that I spent a large amount of money on. I was offered a full refund, but the store still has not been able to actually refund my card. I have disputed the charge with my CC company and Staples denied the claim.

I am about 15 minutes from this Staples location, and normally prefer to shop on line and have it delivered. On 11/15/23, I made a special trip into the store to purchase more printer ink and to also recycle some cartridges. I waited in a line of about 3 people as there was only 1 register open at 12:30 pm. Thankfully, a young man named Jason, who was also guiding other workers in something looked over and saw there was a line and opened another register. I wasn't in a hurry, but I noticed the cashier I was waiting to be served by and how she was really kindly treating the customer before me. She seemed thorough and patient and generally happy to assist the customers in what they were getting. When it was my turn, this same cashier turned to me and greeted me with a warm smile and asked what I needed help with. This cashier's id number is 2045879, but I noticed her name tag said "Memory". She was one of the best cashiers I have ever had at Staples, or any store for that matter. I bought the printer cartridges, and also returned some used ones and asked Memory about a promotion that was going on. Memory then proceeded to ask if I had the Staples App? I told her I am not savvy with my phone or computers and did not have the App. I had a Staples account though. Memory not ONLY guided me through the app, but she gave me tips on so many other things I didn't know and was able to get me signed onto the app to see my rewards and also claim some of the promos only available if you have the app. I couldn't believe how sweet and patient she was, thankfully there wasn't a line of people waiting, but when someone did come, Jason again, came and helped that next customer so that Memory could continue to help me with these extra needs. WE NEED MORE MEMORYS in the world! I walked out of Staples that day with MUCH more than the printer ink. Memory's kind and helpful customer service gave me confidence I was getting the best that Staples had to offer. She didn't react to my computer/phone illiteracy with impatience or an attitude that often can make a person feel less than. Instead, she gave me a smile on my face and an honest to goodness feeling that someone cared about me that day. I often say to others, "Make a great day"! If you are served by Memory, your day will be better! Thanks to Jason AND Memory for an unexpected and joyful shopping experience in my new favorite Staples store!

Printing department is not organized. They tell you one thing on the phone and then tell you another if you speak with someone else.

I went to the store yesterday and the customer service was amazing!! Omnia helped me with everything i wanted. She is very genuine person and truly cares about what you need. She was very kind and nice to the other customers who were before me as well. Definitely coming back!

We placed an order with the Print Shop to be done on Friday and called Saturday when we didn't hear anything. I spoke with Omnia and she said that the order would be done Saturday by 8:30 PM. When I went to pick it up on Sunday, Omnia told me that her manager had failed to complete the order so it still wasn't ready. When I asked for a refund, said that she was unable to give me a refund because a manager wasn't there. I went to talk to customer service and they told me that a manager was there and I was refunded.

Had a small purchase to make this afternoon. When i got to the register both clerks were busy with customers who were not in the best mood and taking considerable time. They stayed with them, didn’t raise their voices and quickly opened another register for the rest of the customers for someone else to ring me up. Thanks for holding together for the rest of us!

Rude manager John completely was disrespectful to me. I had been waiting for 10 minutes behind a woman returning an item and the cashier was clueless. She grabbed John the manager after several minutes. Then he looked in and was clueless as wellHe started back to the office to figure it out and I politely asked if he could send someone to ring me out. He snapped at me and spoke in the most condescending tone. I left my products on the coutner. I've been a customer for 10 years. I own a salon in the same plaza. I will go on Amazon before I give Staples my money again. I understand what the real issue was but he should leave is prejudices at home and offer good customer service. This is how the general manager acts ?! Had his store been audited or "shopped", he would've failed.Lost a customer for life and I'm bringing as many people with me as I can. Poor treatment should be responded to.

Omnia was soooo helpful! I was freaking out about my wedding invitations and not being able to mail them on time. I went to staples to try to print them out and see if I like it, thats when Omnia helped me and gave me ideas of how to make it look nicer. Not only that, it was supposed to be picked up the next day and she had it ready between hours!! Definitely loved her!! Thanks a lot Omnia.
