Top-notch customer service. Beverly helped me today. I had SO MANY QUESTIONS and she was super patient and polite. Beverly made me feel safe and confident that Storage Sense was the best choice for my needs. What a super friendly and knowledgeable lady. I am so appreciative of her kind and courteous demeanor. She is an asset to your company. I will be recommending this facility to everyone I know.

I had a bit of trouble getting in, as the confirmation email which included my gate code did not tell me I need to push * at the end but I was able to get in eventually. The property was clean and quiet. I found my unit easily and everything went smoothly with my move in. I will recommend

Uninformed staff very short and emotional leading to unprofessional interactions. Spoke multiple times to location and have voice-mail left just to arrive at property and told I came unprepared with documents. After mentioning the issue would been avoided if ever told there would be extra documents needed in order to rent a unit. Not a single other company big or small has these requirements and ridiculous that a "property manager" felt the need to get loud and tell me if I had picked up the phone "then I could have asked and found out there would be more needed" if I cannot trust a person to interact appropriately how could I entrust them with my belongings. I called the call center where I placed my reservation to follow up about needing my mail to show address and was informed that storage sense does not require nor do they ask their properties to require such extra information. Not sire where the problem starts but my interaction definitely shows how far the problem reaches and how it's been allowed to the extent someone who claims a title of superiority is allowed to continue such a problem. After leaving the property I received a voice mail of apologies and begging me to still rent with them. Once you scream at someone, who is not nasty with you please don't think they will be your customer. Mind you the property has no proper security the fence does not complete the property and there are people showing signs of living on the property. Not sure where the actual pride or ethic is for this business but it is not showing in any form. The call center on the other hand was full of well educated and helpful staff although their location made the decision I won't be doing business with them. Property manager name is Beverly and I recommend a full retraining or termination for such a poor respentation of your business.
