El PERSONAL DEL BANCO que atiende en la tarde una muchacha wera y una morena tienen LA PEOR ATENCION AL CLIENTE o más bien no pueden hacer su trabajo fue una pérdida de tiempo en esta sucursal ....The BANK STAFF that serves in the afternoon, a wera girl and a brunette, have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE or rather they cannot do their job, it was a waste of time in this branch....

Why hasn’t the manager been fired or demoted at this branch? The worse branch. I only stop by this branch when it’s an emergency and I have no option. Super slow and always makes things more complicated.

Is this bank have a manager? They don’t care about the review they have 1 star ⭐️ The slowest service ever, most of Truist bank ever to do business, they have commercial window but no one ever be there, NOT recommend this business!

This is by far the worst bank I have ever been too. I will be withdrawing everything and changing banks. I had started a business bank account and my debit card wasn’t arriving. It had to get ordered 3 times. I went to apply for business credit and the business account manager didn’t even know the products they offered. I had to tell her to google them. My final straw was when I went in to withdraw some money and the clerks literally started arguing next to me. They can’t work with each other. I have seen the tension before. THEY STARTED ARGUING INFRONT OF ME!

This is a poor bank! They tried to get a dollar they could from each client, especially from those who do not have an account with them. I would not bank with them.

Their drive thru atm froze up with my card in it. I called the 800 number and was told I needed to contact the branch. It was almost time for them to close but I called and a woman answered and I explained about my card. Her response was "We are about to close and we are with clients so maybe someone can come down but I don't know." She then hung up on me. I called right back but by this time they were closed and the after hours message came on. I called the 800 number again and explained again what happened and the response the branch gave me. I was told there was nothing they could do for me since again this was a branch issue I walked up to the entrance and of course the doors were locked. After pounding on them a lady came who I believe was the one who hung up on me. She refused to send someone to help me and told me to call the 800 number to cancel the card and then walked away. Absolutely horrible service. I am going to close my account that I have had for 26 years.

It's highly frustrating when a bank keeps customers waiting and even serves individuals who arrived after you did. The lack of instructions for incoming customers on waiting further compounds the issue, creating confusion and inconvenience. Moreover, it is disheartening to encounter a bank teller who is rude and unprofessional. Customer service is paramount in the banking industry, and such behavior is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against banking at this branch.

Waiting time was much longer than excepted however once I got to meet with someone, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

This is literally the slowest bank. They had two tellers working, while there was 8 people standing in line and people calling in at the drive through. The guy working in the light purple shirt acted like I was wasting his time, asked for a deposit slip got an attitude telling me how they don’t use deposit slips anymore. I would never come back to this branch.
