Kelly Do is the person you should get!!!!
This is my last time going to this place since I’m moving to California but they always got me right especially when it came to my ingrown nail issue on my right big toe. The staff were always friendly and very nice to me and my mom always and helped her out whenever her nails broke.
I give this place my stamp of approval because everyone else’s reviews don’t mean anything compared to mine.

Brittle manicures & awful customer experience.
The nails were done ~ April 30th for a work trip. The first broke May 1st while greeting a colleague, 2 more broke while getting the keys *gently* out of my purse (my purse ONLY has a wallet & keys in it) May 3rd, and they continued to break until May 8th- the latest one while putting on my left sneaker *as lightly as you can imagine* while heading out the door to pick up groceries.
Submitting a review or returning to the shop to inform them of the state of said nails would typically be very low priority but it only added 8-10 minutes to my day.
I asked if they do % return of money in cases like this (some shops will), they were outraged stating that I cut my own nails “you cut your own nails, now you want your money back, you cut your own nails.” Meanwhile I could not pick up a cup without another one snapping - even my colleges watched them fall off. The break was at and below my actual nail- they simply were not cured long enough I noticed that and pointed it out the day they were doing them, I thought she was tired after a long day, provided benefit of the doubt & trusted the process.
The continued to state, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years - my nails would not break that fast, I’ll repair them for $15” - I’m not interested in paying MORE for the same nails to break again.
This is simply a summary. While I can empathize with their perspective & the experience of running a business with possible instances of fraud - it was the actual TONE that led me to write this - “people like you,” is how it felt- whether that be socio-economic or other.
*That day I wore a bonnet and a metal T-shirt, that may have affected how I was PERCEIVED but should not have, as that should not be the tone anyone is met with*
I entered the shop softly and respectfully around other customers to disclose what occurred for THEIR discrepancy & general empathy for business owners.
The yelling, tone & unknowingly low quality, low tensile strength (how the nails break at the tip if they are not cured properly & due to our fingers being inherently denser) nails I paid $100+ for that did not last 3 days- is why I am illuminating this matter.

Good eyebrow waxing. Manicure and pedicure for natural nails is poor quality. On different occasions, the tech treated long natural nails in the same manner as artificial nails causing pain, bleeding and breakage!!

The worse service , I ask to fix my pedicure and the lady told me if she fix it they wont do it again and ask me to leave and I pat for it already

$60 for a regular mani & pedi plus the tech cut my cuticle until it bled. Let me tack on the additional $6 I spent at Walmart for a travel first aid kit and antibiotic cream. And a little sloppy on one hand. It’s a shame b/c I used to really like this place. When I went in last time, they were very rude when I asked about checking on gift card balance and now this. I’ll never go back!

Kathy is the best Nail Technician in the DMV! Her work is detailed, precise and professional. I’ve never received compliments since I switched. Even in the second week. I highly recommend T & C Nails. It’s across the street from the Manassas Mall and worth the drive from your local nail salon.

I had the worse experience of my life at this nail salon, I was at the mall and decided to stop by for a pedicure the guy who did my pedi was in a rush he removed my gel polish with a drill he drilled my toe nails way to much causing two of them to bleed I ask him to please be gentle and he pretended to not speak English he keep drilled on my toe nail until he finally broke my nail half way I was extremely upset to see my toe nail broke and when I ask him why he did that he decided to ignored me. Three of my toe were already bleeding please don’t go there to waste your money they are many places around with better service and if you decide to go there don’t let this guy do your service wait for someone else he is unprofessional and doesn’t know what he is doing worse experience I will never ever be returning to this place and I hope there businesses shut down . I putting one stars because I am not allowed to do cero starts ..
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!

I decided to get a pedicure for the first time ever and it was a bad idea!Red Flag # 1 - When I asked if they had a certain polish color she said l don’t know you look for it!Red Flag # 2 - They put nothing in water you are just soaking in luke warm water.Red Flag #3 - I had to stop tech and ask someone to translate not to use old nail flies from draw.Red Flag #4 - Had to stop her again from using old scrub stone for the bottom of your foot it was worn down/ used.I did not get service and walked out with wet feet.

Please don’t waste your time and money here, hygiene is THE WORSE, nothing is sanitary. Today we had one of the worse experience with Yen which made us run out of patience, we came here a few times but there’s always something wrong after getting a service done here which is either pedicures (rushed and overcharged) full sets (nails fall within a day, bubbles on the top coat) Today we got there at 10am and waited for them to open which was around 10:15 ish when Yen started my pedicure another lady got there after us (in the middle of my pedicure) she wanted her eyebrows waxed and Yen started rushing my pedi work to go do the other lady. Yen decided to pause my pedicure and go wax the lady’s eyebrows- I understand that they need clients but everyone should be treated evenly without any priority SPECIALLY if there was no appointment made and if someone gets there before everyone else it’s rude to have whatever you’re getting done paused for someone else. While she was focused doing someone else’s service even the water got cold and after a few minutes more people started coming and Yen started to rush even more, she was focused answering the phone, looking at clients and talking to other people everything was more important except my pedicure. When I mentioned to her that my nail was still hurting because I probably had an ingrown nail she rudely told me “I don’t feel anything, it’s good” she was rushing so much that she cut a peace of skin from my toe that caused me to bleed, because she wasn’t paying attention. It bothered me that she charged extra for a deluxe spa and she didn’t even bother to fully take off the dead skin off. Overall if I could give zero to negative stars I would because this place is not sanitary at all but you always get rushed work and they’re rude.Service: Pedicure

This place was the worst place I have ever been my entire life. They are unsanitary and prices are so high for the low quality work you get done. Please get your business somewhere else and don’t waist your money. I got my nails done there and they fell off with in 2 days.Services: Nail polish changes

Aggressive with tools, overcharged, and "acrylic + gel color peeled witting 5 days, I don't even know how is this possible, material must be cheap.

I was not happy with my nails plus they over charged to much. That person was being aggressive with my fingers its like they were in a rush. The sad part is they were suppose to be my birthday nails. Never ever coming back!

I’d love to be able to rate them but unfortunately I showed up at 5 pm today for a pedicure and they were closed, despite their hours showing they’d be open to 6.
