I love target. Absolutely love their bakery department. All sweet ladies. I asked for a last minute 24 cupcake order and wanted the frosting bright pink, the bakery chef got it done in less than one hour. Props to her. Overall, everyone is great. Their sweets are delish. I just wish there were more cash registers open during peak times. But, I’m still giving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There’s two people harassing you to sign up for their cell phone service. Zero people at the fitting room. ONE, ONE register open. This was at 6:30pm on a Monday.

Not sure how people are suppose to interact with customer service that don't speak any English. Pizza hut section asked for Parmesan cheese packets store ordering pizza and was tried to be communicated with but zero understanding or comprehension.. please do better... Workmanship and quality fine. But not being able to communicate with an associate is not acceptable. If someone is placed in a position to deal with customers communication should be a must to ensure service

This is my favorite target. They have the chicken and wedges that no other target i go to has. They have everything and their huge. I recommend you go here its very big very clean and its not as over populated as other targets! Plus they have the target chicken and wedges who does not like them!!

As a regular at this location, I was stunned by the cold shoulder I received from the cashier on March 16 morning. While she was all smiles and conversations with the customer ahead, she turned noticeably cold and silent when it was my turn—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. This stark difference in treatment was not only rude but completely unacceptable. It’s concerning to see inconsistency in service standards, and I hope this feedback prompts a serious review of customer service training and expectations at this location. Another reason why I prefer not to go to cashiers but all self registers were closed in the morning so I had no choice.

The manager on duty at 12:00 pm. I asked her if she was open twice!! She I gnored me while I was the first waiting in line!! She asked two white men to come to the check out ahead of me. She said she did not see me! I was arm length away from them plus they had to cross in front of me!! She was very rude!!!! Never apologized for not seeing or acknowledging my presence!! Bad customer service to be hired as a manager!

If you’re going to close down one set of self checkouts, you need to increase the number of clerks working the registers. The drastically increased wait times are incredibly inconvenient, particularly when the appeal of the shopping experience can be reduced to “not Walmart.”

SERVICE: 24 registers & 8 self checkouts.. but only 2 registers & 4 self checkouts open??? Make it make sense! There's A LOT of people are in here.

There was some confusion as to when I could pick up my order. First I was told pick up on Sunday then I got an email that said my order had been ready and Sunday was the last day to pick up. I would have picked it up earlier had I been aware of that.
