There was recently a clerical error on my account for a service that I no longer used with this bank. This service was canceled 3 years ago. Not only was my account overdrawn by the bank for a second time, they could not/ would not correct their error within the 90 day window before the account was charged off, although the bank manager of the Diggs rd. branch assured me it would be taken care of. And then I received a letter in the mail that my account was charged off. This is after hours on the phone with their collections department and their customer service. I have already lodged a complaint with TD bank, and if this dings my credit report, I will be filling with the Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Zero professionalism from young spanish guy with glasses, was practically yelling at me and my 9 year old daughter even questioned why he was being so rude and defensive when it’s literally his job to assist customers. Then, there was a lady Muna (also foreign) that was just staring at me during the whole interaction and another spanish girl witnessed, who all just literally starred at me while this guy was so rude. Glad I do not bank here because from what I experienced customer service is not their priority. I would never recommend anyone to go here, go get a free checking account at Apple Federal Credit union and they have amazing customer service.

Ms. Jay helped the today . For statement and applying credit card .she was very kind knowledgeable person ever I met and helpful so much I was satisfied so much .I am recommending her to every customers.

Simply cannot do business here. Always too busy. Wait 30 min told I will have to wait another 45. Come back next day. Worse. It’s silly bad way to run a store.

Worst customer service for a bank in the area. If you want to wait a half hour in a drive thru, this is your place. Building always appears deserted & unwelcoming. I don't think they want your money. Go to friendly TD bank on Liberia were they know you by first name.

This is a good bank. The personnel are helpful. The hours open are better than any other. When I had a problem and lost my card they worked to fix it and I had a new card in a week.

Very bad service, a dark-haired woman who is at the counter all the time gives me the worst service, I don't know if it's my luck but every time I go alone she serves me and gives me the worst service.

Worst customer service. Their phone is always on voice mail. Employees are liars. They had really good staff but i guess they all left. New staff is horrible. Assistant Manager is worst. They are loosing my business.
