This franchise has completely gone down hill. This particular branch for sure. I’ve been a customer since 2009, even opened accounts for my children. After today’s experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere! Beware of the banking industry!

We are in post pandemic mode so everything takes longer , no fault of theirs . I was there 90 minutes opening an account and I got everything I needed and more. Good job

Giving a 5 start because it took only 15 mins to open an account. Very hassle free. The teller was knowledgeable.

Bank has an amazing Teller/Advisor named Diana. She will care for you and give you her undivided attention. Never had the experience of being treated like a human at a bank in years. Diana if you see this. You rock!!

I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and I even understand the need to close the other branch of TD in Manassas but . . . . . please make sure the branch you leave open is properly staffed. Used the drive thru and sat for 50 minutes to even make it to the window. Then waited another 10 minutes to cash a check on my own account - I sent over a check made payable to cash on TD Bank, signed the back of the check and provided ID. The teller comes back and asks me if I have an account with them. REALLY?? This whole process took 70 minutes!!! This is unacceptable.

Don’t go to this place. Such a waste of time and very poor customer service. Went to make a deposit and there was a line in the drive through. So I decided to use the lobby and had to fill an online appointment just to go in. Then they took in the customer who came after me and ask me to wait or go use the drive through. Who hired these people ? Never seen such from bank employees.

Did the procedure to go inside. Texted all the steps. Waited 23 min while employees inside were laughing and going back and forth to each other's desk. The only people actually caring about customers were the drive thru.
