All I wanted to do was cash a check. It took 20 minutes just to do so, the walk in option isn't even available any more. There was one person working 2 drive thrus, and the lady took her sweet time with 4 cars in line. I'm about to switch banks if this is standard for customer service.

ever since they closed down their in person service, drive thru has always been a pain.

I've used TFB for my business since 2002 and they have repeatedly caused me to appreciate the benefits of using a community bank versus one of the national brands. I would definitely encourage small and startup businesses to consider TFB.
