Had such a great experience at this UPS Store! The customer service was honestly amazing, everyone was super kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping. Kelly especially was so sweet and welcoming, she made the whole process really easy and stress-free.
I also came at the perfect time because of their holiday sale, the 12-month mailbox with 2 months free is SUCH a good deal. If you don’t already have a mailbox or need something reliable long-term, this is honestly perfect for the holidays and beyond.
Overall, great vibes, great service, and amazing value. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend! 💛📦

The UPS Store is fantastic under the new owner! Not only is the service efficient and professional, but the new manager/owner is a wonderful human — genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. I was in this store to send my package 📦. I met Mr. Bibek in register he was so helpful. I am coming this store since 3 years. Latter i knew this store has new management. I asked him about printing job cost is there any change. He told there is no any change. Thank you MR. Bibek for your incredible customer care. Highly recommended.

This location is now under new ownership, and unfortunately the new management appears inexperienced and unprepared. The individual assisting me demonstrated extremely poor customer-service skills and a lack of professionalism. Additionally, his personal hygiene was unacceptable; the odor was so strong that I repeatedly had to step back.
I have been a loyal customer since this location first opened and have relied on it frequently for both pickups and shipping. After my experience tonight, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is disappointing to see the decline in service under the new ownership.

Truthfully, zero stars…UPS delivered an envelope to my house that belonged to the previous owner (from 6 years ago). I returned it to this store and explained the situation and was told that UPS will not take items back and if anything, I would actually be responsible for the cost to re-deliver it. This is again, despite the fact that UPS delivered it to the wrong addressee. I was eventually told that I could simply trash the envelope, BUT not in their store!
This is appalling! UPS is responsible for delivering important mail and packages. We as customers should not be responsible for any mishaps with their delivery, which is why it was unbelievable that I was told I would have to pay to get it to the right person. But the extent to which this store went to distance itself from their own company’s mistake, such that I couldn’t even throw it away in the store, is crazy! This will absolutely make me think twice about ever shipping with UPS. How can I trust that they’ll handle my important items with accountability? I am thoroughly disappointed by this interaction. Do better!
