6/3/2025: Q from the Manassas District was EXCEPTIONAL in his work and customer service today. He inspected our propane tank, helped us with relighting our hot water heater, and educated us more with our gas lines. He also provided us Educational material related to propane. His customer service was so refreshing and so professional. What an exceptional employee. Do NOT let him get away please! W & C Baldwin

It is impossible to reach customer service.
Multiple instances of having to call 4,5,6 times. They’ve moved out tank and done a really bad job leaving huge wires everywhere that wasn’t up to code and then won’t answer the phone to come fix it

Office staff is great! Very pleasant and welcoming. 3 stars simply because upon walking in the office you’re greeted with a strong scent of urine. Extremely pungent and very overwhelming.
