Look, I love Home Depot as much as the next person. But I absolutely can't stand ever asking anyone for help at this location. At this point I'm assuming it's either cause I'm a chick or have alot of tattoos. Every single time I go to the online pickup area I'll wait in line (as you should you know) and if a man walks up to stand behind me they always tell him to come forward or to go over to returns and they'll help him. Like... bruh I've been standing in front of you for 10 minutes while you helped someone else (specifically ms. Elizabeth she's done this to me three times now). Honestly even just getting someone's attention is a chore because I just get ignored or they tell me the wrong location for something. I get it, it's not the best job. But there's literally no reason to be so rude. I just want my item and we can both be on our way.

My grandma is very ill and unable to leave here home for long periods of time. I stopped by to pick up these awesome flowers for her to see out her window. The staff was very kind and helpful in directing us to discounted hanging flower pots.

Today was the day I restarted my garden. I needed alot of soil. My first trip I bought 14 bags. Rose approached me and asked if I needed help loading the cart. I said no. Mostly because once I got home, I would have to unload by myself. I ended up having to make another trip to get 14more bags. Rose recognized me and asked if I needed help. This time , yes I accepted. Together we powerhoused getting the bags on the cart. Tyler came over, scanned the bags and had me ready to check out after I picked up a couple of more plants. I drove my car around. There Tyler and Abdul stacked my car with all the bags. The cart was so heavy it kept rolling. Rose picked up a small rock and used it as a wheel stop to keep it still. I was like, damn good Idea. Together as team members they helped me out and it was appreciated greatly. Rose is a superwoman!!! Super friendly with smile on her face!!!

I just had the BEST experience I've ever had at Home Depot! Mesha is appliances was pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products in her store's area. Way to go Mesha and thank you for helping us purchase our above-range microwave!

East Massasas Home DepotI want to take this time to say a big THANK YOU to Dave and Belinda for setting down with me today and working out the deal tails so I was able to purchase a new electric oven and helping out the fine details of installation, hauling and scheduling the delivery. It was a pleasure to know there are dediciated employees that want to help and is willing to explain issues / questions that made me convinced to complete the purchase.I was very impressed with their attudes and they are willing to go the longest yard to help customers.When I come into your East Manassas store the first thing I do is look for Dave or Belinda cause they are the most helpful and knowable people in the East Manassas store. You need more people like Dave and Belinda as they understand customer service and are very good friends. I've been coming to the East Manassas store since 2002 since the store opened.Again my final decession today was because of Dave and Belinda and if was up to the guy working in appliances department, you would not sell anything as he is a paper pusher and he has no ideal about the products nor he understands how to read the specifications to answer questions.Any questions please contact meKeith Keller

During two recent visits, associates were friendly and assisted me with choosing the right products for my projects, making sure that I had what I needed to do the job correctly the first time, and also gently inquired as to my knowledge about performing the task. They provided some helpful hints to remember, for that task, and others, and made sure that I did not over-buy on supplies or tools and other products.

Purchased a LG washer/dryer combo 1200.00 PAID HD to install. The people installing unscrewed the water handles so much they were both leaking, ruined our basement ceiling. called HD "Customer Care" line manager HALEY hung up on me, when I told her we needed someone to come back out before the 4 weeks they gave us to repair. She said she called the installers and they said they did not break. Odd that we only had a leak after the install and they installed and removed. BAKERS SERVICE (bakerservicesalesservice.com) were the installers. Once I turned the water back off the leak stopped. Was originally told by HD that someone would be out that day- they even called us to confirm but never showed or called. No one wants to help. NEVER purchase from HD in Fredericksburg on Plank Rd.

Poor service! When they delivered my appliances, the dishwasher came damaged and they had to bring it back. They said we would have a new one by the 21st and when we called because it hadn't been delivered, they were rude and told us the delivery was the 26th. They also damaged my front door when they brought my fridge in.

The guys here are amazing. They deal with customers that probably have no business handling half of the tools they rent, and still give you a smile when they say hello. Knowledgeable staff great selection of rentable tools.
