Trailer Hitches at U-Haul is described as the very best U-Haul site and team. The facility is always spotless and meticulously clean, with spotless bathrooms. The staff is an amazing, stellar, and awesome team that works like a well-oiled machine. They are experts in their field, providing consistently amazing, friendly service with great attitudes. They answer all questions, are very accommodating, and go above and beyond for customers. This includes seamless service that reduces the stress of moving and handling issues proactively. The location offers ample parking, easy access to air conditioned storage, plenty of carts, and free ice cold filtered water. Customers express appreciation and state this is why they keep coming back.
When your tech discovered that the hitch you had was bent, you guys drove to another dealer and picked up a new one, rather than making me come back at another time.

very helpful and worked with my needs very well. not once have a had a problem with this u-haul, and the assistant manager has always been such a big help whenever i am there! the staff is very well trained and knows exactly what we need!

Not sure why these guys got all the negative reviews. I have rented from them twice recently and they were great. Both times everything was ready and they got me in and out with no fuss. I don't remember who helped me the first time but Brad helped most recently and was professional and courteous. I would go back again.
